Wonderful complete remodel. :) Breathtakingly relaxing. Spacious with every amenity you could need is provided for your enjoyment. Comfortable beds, kid-friendly, game room, games, and more. You will LOVE staying here! book it now!

Total remodel top to bottom! 7 miles from Anna Maria Island and several popular beaches. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds all with good lighting, USB ports, and outlets for all charging needs. Great for kids and spending time with loved ones. Ping pong, foosball, mini basketball hoop, XL wall mounted connect 4, chalkboard, board games. 4 fun walkie-talkies (plan to bring AA batteries - often get left "on") Open and spacious great room with new quartz counters. Indoor seating for 8 (table) and 6 (breakfast bar). Coffee station with Keurig and drip machine. Some K cups were provided and basic coffee grounds. Outdoor dining space for 14+ with a table that extends. Heated pool. Fire pit area. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, groceries, smoothie stands, and activities nearby. Dog parks, trails, parks, and more.

Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, beach carts, boogie boards, life jackets, and dive rings are provided. Spice rack, salt/pepper, fully stocked kitchen.

Parking is driveway only. The street is narrow, so please park in the driveway and do not block the sidewalk. Room for 4 cars, but not more.

Quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Nice homes line the streets and are just two blocks from Bradenton Country Club.

It’s great to have a car but there are parks within walking distance that have trails throughout.

Please make sure you understand this is in a quiet neighborhood with neighboring houses in close proximity. Not a good house for parties/gatherings/late nights by the pool. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am. Please help us keep neighbors happy by being extra considerate of your noise when outside after hours.

We loved our stay! With 4 adults and 3 kids we had lots of room. We especially loved the outdoor area with the pool and a table with plenty of seating for our evening suppers. It was nice to have one master bedroom on the opposite side of the living space from the 3 other bedrooms too. That way I could get up and have my coffee without waking everyone! Thanks for a great week!

Perfect Getaway

From checking in to checking out, our vacation was a dream! My family and I needed a house close enough to the beach but with plenty of space to keep 3 kids (two of them being energetic 3 year olds) entertained while there. This was it! The house is spacious, BEAUTIFUL, includes a perfect sized pool and the property manager Christy couldn’t have been more helpful! If you’re thinking of booking a stay here, my family and I definitely recommend it!

Sadly, we only were able to stay two nights of our eight night stay before Hurricane Milton came to Bradenton but the house was very nice, just as described and Christy was WONDERFUL to work with when we had to leave early. Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Fabulous home- beautifully decorated, plenty of space with everything you need! Celebrated my moms 80th birthday there with 7 adults, 3 kids and everyone was comfortable and we had a blast. The pool is a great size, the game room with ping pong table was a big hit, and the great room was the perfect place for us to gather for games, karaoke, and visiting. The host responded to messages quickly and was super sweet about a special request thst came up. Would definitely come back!!

We had a really nice, relaxing experience. It was the perfect size for our family - two adults and four kids … my oldest son was competing at Junior Nationals for rowing - in Sarasota - so he was staying with his team … but this home would have accommodated him as well if he had stayed with us. The kitchen was beautiful and the kids loved the two chairs hanging from the ceiling.

We had the best time! The only disappointment was the listing said there was a hot tub and there was not. Also a missing TV controller in the living room so we had to share with bedroom. Overall we were so pleased with our stay.

So odd and thank you for letting me know. I did go in and don't see HOT TUB as a feature or in the write-up. If you see it in there and I am missing it, please let me know. I believe you still have my contact information. There definitely is not a hot tub. Sorry, you had that experience. The cleaners were able to find the missing remote and all are back where they belong. Sorry, they weren't in the proper location when you arrived. You aren't expected to play hide and seek :)

We had a large group. 7 adults and 6 kids. The place met our expectations well. We loved having the pool. Kids enjoyed the game room. The living room and kitchen area were very spacious. Grocery was close by as well as putt putt golf and ice cream shop! Great time!!

Brand new bathrooms - one full w sep area for sinks and master suite w attached 3/4 bath that also connects to game room. Fully fenced for privacy. Ample entertaining space with 4 sun chairs, couch, chairs and Outdoor dining space for 14+ with table that extends. optional Heat for pool. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, grocery, smoothie stands and activities nearby.

Every amenity you could need and rarely find is present. Basics are provided so minimal trips to the store. Beach equipment ready to enjoy. USB ports in each BR. Quality throughout.
