Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, (newly renovated), charming 3 bedrooms 2 bath home. Sleeps 6-7. Great screened-in porch and yard. Peaceful neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Franklin. A portion of your fee will be donated to a local charity serving vulnerable women/girls around the world. If you are wondering why there are no reviews yet...we just purchased it and will rent it until we are able to move to Franklin full-time! NOTE - The property is equipped with (4) external security cameras that are located openly at 1.) front door 2.) Rear yard/porch 3.) The side entrance to the garage.) view of the front of the house/yard/street. They are all easily viewable (small, square, black boxes that are about 2" x 2". FYI - There are NO indoor cameras or other recording devices of any kind on the property.

Christine and Fred are your hosts. We LOVE Franklin and will ultimately move there one day once the kids are grown and gone. We are Christians and we love God, our family, and our community. We wanted to create a safe and comfortable space for family, business travelers, and anyone who would like to say in a pristinely clean home that is just 5-minutes from downtown Franklin and only 35-40 minutes from Downtown Nashville and nearby Vanderbilt. Comfort is golden to us and we believe our comfortable beds will invite you for the much-deserved rest you desire!

Why they chose this property

With beds to sleep 6 and one of the most comfortable sofas in Tennesse, this property is located just 5 minutes from downtown Franklin Town Center. There are lots of birds nearby that are always singing and the area is very calming. Large, expansive parks are close by for evening walks, kids playgrounds, or biking.

The home was very recently renovated and upgraded. It is exceptionally clean and tidy. It has all of the appropriate safety equipment. Smoke/CO2 detectors, fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit. The home is meticulously cleaned and very well maintained. The area is very safe and you just feel welcomed upon arrival.

Everything you need is in the house. Things like hairdryers, iron/ironing board, folding table & chairs, a bicycle and of course a fully stocked kitchen and pantry.
