The house is absolutely amazing! Wish we would have stayed longer with how much you can do it that town. The beaches were amazing and the threesisters was beautiful.
The tree house and property is beautiful and so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay! We even saw 3 manatees swim by while out on the deck! Can't wait to come back someday!
This place is magical! What a fool spot. Spo quiet. The beds were SO comfortable. The shower in the grotto was hot! It was the perfect spot for my 17 year old son and I to stay since there were so many cool things to check out (fishing, kayaking, etc.). We took Jacqui up on her offer to usebher kayaks to get to Three Sisters and it was a highlight of the trip. Thank you, Jacqui and cleaning crew for providing such a comfortable weekend
The cabin was perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for an effortless drive to town. It made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The mornings were perfect sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise.We will definitely consider staying here again.
Just like last time! Everything amazing and the real hidden gem. We loved it. Fishing from dock. Take a refreshing bath and paddle with kayaks. We recommend this stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at the tree house! It was such a fun place for our family. The outdoor shower is awesome! The owner is so responsive and helpful with questions. The use of the kayaks on the river to Three Sisters Springs was such a great added bonus! There is everything provided for a family to have a wonderful trip!
Great Host, very responsive. This is a unique, eclectic treehouse home on the bank of a quiet peaceful river. Outstanding multilevel dock with great fishing opportunities. Inside was roomy and well stocked to meet our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the fireplace was prestocked with fire wood and the indoor ourdoor bathroom was beautiful and spa like. Outside was complete with bikes, fishing poles, kayaks and a fire pit. The location was remote, quiet and well kept. It also offered reserved covered parking. We loved everything and look forward to bringing our grand kids next trip.
As stated it's a very unique tree house style home, my kids were in love with it! I booked kayaks through a company but this home has kayaks to use ON Three Sisters and tons of things for outdoor activities at the house. It was perfect for a quick family getaway to see Crystal River.
Nice little place, unique setup with the loft and grotto style shower area. Had everything we needed. It was definitely nice and quiet at night, far from the road/highway. Heard and saw the alligator one day, heard owls at night. Owner was very responsive and the place was clean.
Owners were super helpful and responsive. Enjoyed the kayaks, fishing poles, and bikes. Very relaxing. Had nice fires in the firepit. Great decks on the river. If you want a place just to unwind, this is it!
Interesting property, unique home, right on the river. Area is very rural and private if you seek such. Enjoyed our experience, though Crystal River area wasn’t exactly what we expected, and everything was really more geared towards younger generations.
The treehouse was where we stayed and it was so cozy, beautiful & just overall a great way to spend our 9year anniversary! They even made us cupcakes on the first day to celebrate. We enjoyed the kayaks very much and even went on their personal tandem kayak to enjoy the springs & manatees! Overall an amazing stay we are already planning our trip back! Thank you guys so so much

So glad to hear you had a wonderful time. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
It was a very slow and peaceful trip. This world is hectic and go go go and you can come here and just be. The staircase in this house is so beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. All you need is your pole and some bait and you can sit off the many spots on the deck to fish! We caught catfish and red bellies, and even a SHEEPSHEAD!! This place is so quiet and peaceful you could fall asleep watching the tide roll in and out of the canal. We will definitely be staying again and we highly recommend this place.
Property is awesome, located right on the river. Property manager gave great instructions and was in contact with us about all the procedures. The only disappointment I had with the process was that the additional cleaning and service fees added about 50% of the listed price so instead of a $400 listed price,, with cleaning, service and lodging fees, total charge was $638. Don't get me wrong, totally worth it, just wish all the additional fees were somehow presented prior to making the reserveration.

Hi Terry, thanks for the great review! We agree that all the added taxes and fees are outrageous, the only fee we add is the cleaning fee because that’s what our cleaners charge us. The rest comes from VRBO that we have no control over. Hopefully you grabbed our business card from the welcome binder so if you can book directly with us next time and avoid those :)
We had a wonderful experience in the treehouse. Loved fishing off the back dock, kayaking with the manatees and enjoying the fireplace. We will be back!
Great property on the water, nice shared outdoor deck, efficiency kitchen, kerig , nice appliances. Great communication from host, kayaks avaliable for use. Mandarin orange tree on property. Bedrooms upstairs only accessible from the tree rope stairs. Large tiled tub and shower were very nice, outdoor shower. Well equipped. Great location.
