About this property

Oberstdorf: Quiet, centrally located apartment with beautiful mountain views

Our non-smoking apartment, Lerchenstr. 6, is about 7 minutes walk from the village center in a very quiet side street. The apartment is very bright and has a beautiful mountain view.
Our rental price is including the tourist tax of 3,80 € per night, per person.
In the summer (approx. May to November) you can use as our guests the mountain cable cars in Oberstdorf as well as in the Kleinwalsertal for FREE (according to operating times).
It has free Wi-Fi, a modern flat screen TV with satellite, DVD, CD, radio, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the basement.
The modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee and Nespresso machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle and radio.
** The bathroom was completely renovated in March 2018 and equipped with high quality.
The large west-facing balcony is covered and furnished.
A free parking space is located in front of the house.
Hiking trails and trails are nearby.

Super Gemütlich!

A wonderful apartment. Well provisioned, super comfortable and clean. It immediately felt like home. Awesome to have the visitor cards that allowed us free access to the cable cars in the region. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again without hesitation if I could book it!

Very clean, nice bed, everything we needed

We wish we could have stayed longer. We could not find the black folder it was stuck in a drawer that would not open. We messaged the owner and they promptly helped. Everything was perfect. It was clean comfortable and a wonderful location.

Trotz Telef. Rücksprache 3 Tage vor Anreise kein Schlüssel im Übergabesafe um 16Uhr!!, Telef. Rücksprache nach Ankunft beide Verfügbaren Handynummerern nicht erreichbar, da ausgestellt.Kein Hausmeister oder Verwalten mit Schlüsselgewalt vor Ort.In der 2stündigen Wartezeit Kommentare verschiedener Nachbarn die uns vor der Haustür wahr genommen haben: Das passiert bei diesem Vermieter immer wieder !!Bei Ankunft einer beauftragten Personen stellte sich heraus, daß die Wohnung in keinster Weise vorbereitet war für neue Gäste ( da war es bereits 17 Uhr) Bezug war dann ca 18 Uhr.Weitere Mängel: - nur 1 Schlüssel verfügbar (für 2-3 Personen)- Schlafzimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen, stand immer ein Spalt offen - Esszimmer Stühle im Wohnzimmer wackelten so bedenklich, daß man sich kaum wargte, sich drauf zu setzen - Dusche und Bad für einen 1m86 Mann so klein, daß bewegen/bücken kaum möglich war - dafür Wohnzimmer Couch über 5 m vom normalgrossen Fernseher entfernt - auf dem Balkon fanden wir einen schwerer Kerzenhalter auf dem Balkontisch liegend, von der Wand gefallen, weil er völlig unsachgemäß mit 2 kleinen 6mm lg normalen Nägel nur oberflächlich im Putz befestigt war es gab weitere kleine Mängel wie defekter Toaster Aufsatz usw.Lage der Ferienwohnung und Aussicht waren gut

Allerdings möchten wir richtigstellen, dass wir bereits 5 Minuten nach Ihrer Kontaktaufnahme per SMS reagiert und Sie nach etwa 20 Minuten telefonisch mit einer konkreten Information zum weiteren Vorgehen zurückgerufen haben. Leider wurde die Wohnung durch den Reinigungsdienst nicht rechtzeitig vorbereitet. Nachdem uns dies bekannt wurde, war das Reinigungsteam gegen 16:45 Uhr vor Ort und hat die Ferienwohnung gereinigt. Als Entschädigung für die Wartezeit haben wir Ihnen Kaffee und Kuchen auf unsere Kosten angeboten, was Sie jedoch nicht in Anspruch nehmen wollten. Die weiteren Anmerkungen nehmen wir zur Kenntnis. Wir bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, und wünschen Ihnen für Ihre zukünftigen Reisen alles Gute.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Sie hat eine gute Größe, ist gut aufgeteilt, das Wohn/Esszimmer und auch das Sclafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Der große Balkon ist auch sehr schön. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und die Lage ist super. Sehr ruhig und in 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Gefreut hat uns auch, dass die Heizung morgens und abends anging, da es nachts schon ganz schön abgekühlt hat. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, auch wenn wir die Matratzen nicht ganz so bequem fanden. Das ist aber unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung gleich wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage und der kurze Weg zum Rewe sind ideal.Wir hatten freundlichen Kontakt mit Frau Vokuhl.Wir würden gerne noch einmal wieder kommen.Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter. Wir waren jetzt zum 3.Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Skiferien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und der Beschreibung im Inserat. Die Lage, ein bisschen außerhalb des Zentrums, war für uns perfekt, in kurzer Zeit waren sowohl Loipen als auch Skilifte zu erreichen. Auch die Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr angenehm.
