Fantastic location in La Vigne - Cap Ferret, in a nice laid-back neighborhood above the marine, a few steps to the bay beach and walking through the pinewood to the ocean, this modern, very spacious villa is situated on a 1550 m2 plot. The house is very well and tastefully furnished. Very large living room with sofa, fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen. The house has 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double bed 1.60m and 1 bedroom with double bed 1.40m. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has exit to the terrace. The 4 additional bedrooms on the upper floor each have exit to the surrounding balcony. There are 4 bathrooms (2x bath and 2x shower) and 3 WCs.
