In spring 2024 entirely renovated holiday home with a large terrace in a very central Cap Ferret location on a beautiful green 1100m2 plot. The 140m2 house is inviting and tastefully furnished. Living room with seating area, dining table and WiFi leading into the very well-equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60m and private shower room and toilet, 1 bedroom with sofa bed and private shower room, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (twin) and 1 shower room and separate toilet.
(It is possible to use a separate bedroom with a shower room in the basement that is accessible from the outside instead of the bedroom with the sofa bed; one of the two rooms will be closed).
