The upstairs Master bedroom has upgraded custom furniture a beautiful comfortable King Pillow top bed with down pillows and comforter and a 36' flat screen TV with DVD player, ceiling fan and A/C .

The large master bath has two hand painted sinks a separate soaking tub and a Mexican tile large walk in shower and a private toilet room.

The 2nd bedroom downstairs is large and has TWO comfortable queen beds with down pillows and comforters. It also enjoys two beautiful hand painted sinks and a large walk in shower and a private toilet room.

The living room has a leather couch and chair with ottoman and a 42' LCD flat screen with DVD player. Free Wi-Fi for weekly rentals. 6 chairs fit around a mesquite wood dining table enjoy views of the private garden courtyard and sea breezes.

For your entertaining upstairs the patio has a built-in barbeque with a sink along with a table & chairs for dining outdoors
Go up one more level and your on the 3rd story viewing tower and drink coffee and watch the sunrise over the Sea or drink margaritas and watch the beautiful sunrise over the Mountains.

Fly Into LTO Loreto International Airport and your 8 minutes from the villa. I recommend renting a car since there is so much to see just 15 minutes up and down the coast. Its 15 minutes from downtown where you can enjoy the historical authentic town and many restaurants. Loreto has the oldest Mission in baja and its still a working mission... Enjoy Sunday mass like a local. Right across the street enjoy a fresh hand squeezed juice from the juice bar. LOTS of great shopping too.

Paradise By the Sea

This is the second or third time we have stayed at this well-appointed home. It is located in the beautiful Founders community, near the pool and easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, golf, etc. The Owner is a delightful and responsive host. Do yourself a favor and spend a week in this home on the beautiful Sea of Cortez!!

Loreto Village is amazing...

We were blown away by finding such a well planned, beautifully designed community. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to visit again. We happened to visit off season so most restaurants within the Village were not open, but the offset to that was that it was incredibly quiet. We plan to go back in season to experience that as well.

Perfectly spectacular and incredibly relaxing!

From the beginning of our reservation to the end of our stay, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences ever! The property was spotless upon our arrival and decorated with the local beauty of Baja, including very unique and artistic tile. The upper decks were perfect for sunbathing and relaxing and access to the beach was very easy. So glad we stayed here with such great hosts who were so helpful to help connect us with some locals who had all of the knowledge of the area.

We had a wonderful vacation. The property is beautiful and immaculate. The community is really cute, the only bummer was that we were there during the off season and many places in Napolo Bay were closed. It wasn’t a problem though because Loreto was a quick car ride, and had many great restaurants and things to do. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. Thank you for a great vacation.

This was our first time in Loreto. We had a fantastic time. The trip was well worth it and if you get to know the town you will find the best places to eat and do things. Just one advice if it is your first time make sure you bring PESOS. It is very difficult to exchange and most of the time they pay less than the exchange value. Great experience

Overall the property was as advertised. However we were unable to use WiFi as the password wasn’t left where indicated. We were unable to contact host as my phone wouldn’t operate in Mexico. If I had been able to contact host I suspect that WiFi would have been fine.

Loreto gem

We loved our stay in Loreto. The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is located in this community (built by an American developer who dodged the draft to Canada--got the scoop at a gallery opening) that has everything one needs for a lovely get-away. There are several restaurants, nail salon, spas, and a bakery all within the complex. The patio/outlook on the top level has amazing views--perfect spot for sunset margaritas. The condo is close to the airport and town. Loreto is a gem of a town--great food, safe, friendly people, inexpensive. Fauna, the owner, is incredibly responsive and attentive. Can't go wrong staying here!

This home was very comfortable and clean with lovely mountain views from the top deck. It was exactly as advertised. We loved the lap pool and the dark, starry skies at night. The neighborhood was very well maintained, had beautiful landscaping, and felt safe. We were disappointed that it is no longer possible to rent kayaks or SUPs at Nopolo Beach unless you are a guest of the adjacent hotel and that the condominium complex has no gym. It was nice that there were a handful of eating options in the neighborhood, but it is absolutely essential to have a car for groceries, ATMs, buying purified water, and most activities. There seemed to be no ride-share options.

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was easy to find, easy to park, steps from the best pool, and a super short walk to the beach. Fauna was a pleasure to work with. I needed to contact her twice with questions while we were there, and both times she got back to me within 10 minutes with the answers. The people of the town couldn't have been nicer to us. The upstairs master is accessible via outdoor steps, which is good to know for families with kids. They are not connected. It was great for us because my parents were able to have their "own place" while the kids and my husband and I took over the downstairs. The grill worked great! We BBQ'd nightly on the deck while watching the amazing sunsets. Recommendation: Eat at Pedro's Place down the street! The food was great, but the people made it unforgettable! MaryPaz (who runs it) is an angel! We went back twice just to visit her. Gabrielle, our server, took such extra care to make sure my son (who is allergic to dairy) got his dinner made specially for him. When we went back a few days later, he remembered us and let us know he would make the special fish again for him. Not to mention they made the world's best margarita!! I highly recommend this home! It was clean, had great air conditioning, and was a perfect location! Thank you Fauna!!

Peace and Quiet

We arrived at Nopolo on a Thursday afternoon. Although we had some trouble finding the place, once we were here it felt so peaceful. Walking distance to lap pool and beach. The place was spacious, nicely decorated, quiet. It was great having a cup of morning coffee on the top deck with views of the very deep blue sea. Everything you need is right within walking distance.

Tranquil Retreat

This property is located steps from beautiful Nopolo Bay where we relaxed under a palapa on the beach. The pool facilities are wonderful and we dined at a number of local restaurants in the community. We went stand up paddle boarding in the bay and estuary, that includes a mangrove. The proximity to the marina is about 10 minutes and we had a great time scuba diving and fishing with a couple local companies. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. One of the best and most relaxing vacations. We will definite be back.

The kids like sharpening their Spainish skills and try only talking Spainish to the locals. We are all dive certified and
go on many diving excursions. Natural beauty is what we fell in love with and the authentic local charm.

Why they chose this property

Living in Lake Tahoe we knew we wanted a warm beach home. The minute we got off the plane it just felt like home.
The locals are heartwarming, the cuisine and margaritas authentic . The villages of Loreto Bay felt very safe and charming.
The Sea of Corttez which is just a few steps away is 2 miles long and very secluded. We enjoy the Inn at Loreto bay amenities .
We loved the many authentic mexican design details that went into our Villa. Large 1500 square feet with wooden french doors, brick kitchen cupolas, high ceilings, bulit in barbeque with a wooden pergola for shade, gardens and water fountains. Feels very comfortable and safe.
