There plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids rang8ng from 16-10. Everyone enjoyed the lake front view. The hot tub was perfect! Check-in/out was easy and explained in detail!

Family Retreat

Family had a chance to get away for a few days last minute. This place was amazing!!! Fit all our needs perfectly and the whole stay was just what we needed. Definitely will consider staying here again. Even enjoyed seeing the fireworks!!

Cozy and exactly as advertised

Everything was as promised. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels (critical for a big family!!). When we needed help, The response was very quick.

Its been a lovely stay. We really enjoyed our 37 Anniversary weekend. To watch the geese fly past in the morning and back in the evening was one of my highlights of the day! We both enjoyed the hot tube. We probably would of never sat on the couch inside if it did not rain yesterday for a few hours. The couch and recliner is very comfortable. We love the dock and being outdoors like at home in Louisiana. The weather was perfect not to hot not to cold. It was cool morning and so glad we got to experience your cool weather. We have not had that where we live. Just beautiful thanks so much.

Family 4th July Trip

Lots of room ! Loved the dock which made it easy to come in for lunch breaks, beds very comfortable . Greg was very help and responded quickly to any questions . The lady across the street very sweet. Had a great time .

This lake house is perfect! Very spacious and cozy! The decks and the view are wonderful! And the owners, Dugan and Greg, were very helpful. A fun time was had by all...we will be back!

Great property

We were a total of 10 and enjoyed our experience. The house had a lot of amenities and was well stocked. The neighborhood is pretty calm and was very close to a grocery store and attractions. Kids had a great time with all the games and toys available. The bedroom downstairs did become a bit cold than the two bedrooms on the top floor. Maybe a portable heater for that bedroom would have helped. Also I recommend to add locks to the bathrooms so that folks can maintain privacy easily, especially with a large group. Well worth the experience.

Can’t wait to go back to this wonderful house.

This is a beautiful house. Amazing views. All the extras were great. Toys for the kids kayaks fishing poles everything you would need in the kitchen. Host was fantastic! Close enough to hot springs to drive 10 minutes to everything but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend and will return!
