The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

As you wind around the gravel road on your way to Octopus Garden, you are greeted by bougainvillea and hibiscus trees. The one car garage offers many beach accessories including beach chairs, beach toys, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler, a blow up kayak, and an inflatable air pump station. Also accessible from the garage are the washer and dryer and a portable outdoor gas grill that can be rolled out by the pool to cook up the day's fresh catch!

To access level 2 and enter the heart of Octopus Garden, simply walk up the entry stairs and step into your holiday haven. On the second level, guests are welcomed by the vast space that makes up the main living area for friends and family to gather. The living room consists of two comfortable sofas and two additional chairs, all seated in front of a 60 inch smart TV. Sliding glass doors light up the open floor plan allowing the living room, dining room, and kitchen some sun kissed natural light. Through the sliding glass doors, guests can walk onto the balcony and enjoy ocean views and seating overlooking the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen features gorgeous white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all your cooking essentials including Keurig and drip coffee maker, crock pot, kettle, blender, air fryer, toaster, and more. Everything you will need to prepare meals by the oceanside is available for your use. The dining room table has seating for 8, with additional seating for 3 available on a bar top along the wall that adjoins the kitchen. The half bath is located in the hallway that merges the kitchen with the open dining room.

The slate grey staircase in this townhome is a beautiful industrial piece that accents the soothing white wooden walls. Wander up the stairs to the third level to uncover all the wonderful bedrooms of Octopus Garden. All bedrooms feature comfortable memory foam mattresses so everyone can enjoy a good night's rest after a fun day in the sun. The first bedroom is on the right and features one queen bed, a 40 inch smart TV, and west facing sunset windows. The spacious second bedroom, also with west facing sunset views, features a 40 inch smart TV and now includes two sets of bunk beds with queen over queen, providing four queen beds total in this room. There is also an additional blow up bed in the linen closet that can fit in either of these rooms for more guests to rest. The second bathroom with a tub and shower combo and single vanity is shared by these two bedrooms.

The grand primary suite features a king bed, a 40 inch smart TV, a full length mirror, and its own personal ocean view balcony overlooking the pool. The private primary bath features dual sinks and a walk in shower. Enjoy the tankless water heater for long refreshing showers to wash the sand from your toes. Additionally, the primary bedroom features a vanity station separate from the bath, perfect for getting ready for a night out.

Octopus Garden offers WiFi and Roku TV so you can log into your favorite streaming services such as Netflix or Amazon Prime. For your enjoyment, board games and books are also available. All linens including organic bamboo sheets and beach towels are provided. For those traveling with children, a high chair and pack and play are provided.

GREAT LOCATION:

Located in New Smyrna Beach, the Sea Dunes is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Sea Dunes is within seconds of a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, and a beachwear outlet.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.
