Escape to Octopus Garden at Sea Dunes Sailfish C9, a beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath multi level townhome tucked into the rolling dunes of the car free beach. Located in the sought after Sailfish community, guests enjoy access to a private pool, boardwalk with outdoor shower, and onsite tennis and pickleball courts.

The second level living area is bright and open, featuring two sofas, additional seating, a 60 inch smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading to a balcony with ocean views overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee maker, crock pot, air fryer, blender, toaster, and more. The dining area seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the bar top, and a half bath is conveniently located nearby.

Upstairs, all bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses. One bedroom offers a queen bed and sunset views, while the second bedroom includes two sets of queen over queen bunk beds, providing four queen beds, plus an additional blow up bed. These rooms share a full bath with tub and shower combo. The primary suite features a king bed, private ocean view balcony, and ensuite bath with dual sinks, walk in shower, and tankless water heater, plus a separate vanity area.

The one car garage is stocked with beach chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, a blow up kayak, and air pump station. A portable gas grill, washer and dryer are also available. Guests will enjoy WiFi, Roku TV, board games, books, organic bamboo linens, beach towels, plus a high chair and pack and play for families.

Maximum of two vehicles allowed, garage parking included. Pool is not heated.

Summer Fishing Trip

Close walk to the beach, quietly located not a lot of vacationer noise. Close to downtown shopping and fishing charters. Short drive to Orlando if needing a fun park day.

Fantastic stay

This is a great spot for a family with small kids. Plenty of space inside the condo. The pool is right outside the door and getting to the beach is a very short walk. Can't find this combination of space and convenience in most other places.

Spring Vacation

We have taken a vacation at NSB for many years and have rented a variety of condos, this condo/house was simply fantastic. It had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The condo is clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. I would rent again!

Access to the the beach was an extremely short walk on the beautiful wooden walk between the other houses, could not ask for an easier access to the beach unless I was on the beach. Surprising bonus was the shared deck platform over looking the beach. The upper deck at the house was fantastic for eating or relaxing, as well as sitting poolside, felt like we were at a fancy resort with all the plantings and neighboring houses. The interior design and comfort of the furniture was outstanding. The beds and bedding were great for getting a restful night's sleep. The house felt spacies, even with 11 of us.

Spacious, Newly renovated.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. While not direct ocean front the walk, with beach gear, to the beach was easy. The property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. This particular unit is spacious, big table for meals, comfy beds and linens. Only negative I can think of is it doesn’t have a garbage disposal, but we managed, and we are a family that cooks. Would definitely rent this unit again.
