The tenant agrees to pay a security deposit of €200 by bank transfer before entering the premises. This deposit will be returned within 1 month after departure, subject to a compliant inventory of fixtures.

Requested on departure: Tidy the accommodation, wash and put away the dishes, clean the tables and worktops, undo the sheets.

Optional: Cleaning fee: 100 euros taken from the deposit, unless guests wish to vacuum and mop themselves (in this case, no charge, if the cleaning is done seriously).
