Prime location: large beach, promenade, central market, fishing port, and pedestrian streets all within walking distance. Just steps from the beach, Vila Rosella is a vacation home in Les Sables d'Olonne. You’ll enjoy a garage—a major advantage so close to the sea in summer—as well as a garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, and a large parasol. This two-level house features two living rooms, a dining area, a veranda, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to 7 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, cable TV, a laundry room with washer and dryer, plus books and games for children. Bicycles are available, along with baby equipment: travel crib, stroller, high chair, and safety gate. There’s also a storage area for bikes and motorcycles. Multiple sets of keys are provided for your group’s convenience.



Pets are welcome. Smoking is allowed in the garden.

Quartier calme. Maison très agréable idéalement située : moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage, à 2 minutes à pied des rues piétonnes, les halles sont en face de la maison ainsi qu'un marché.Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses à pied.Le garage est un plus non négligeable car les parkings sont très chers.Le seul point négatif est l'extérieur.Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter souvent car il n'y avait qu'un petit parasol de plage pour une table de 6 personnes. Nous étions toujours en plein soleil. Un grand parasol rectangulaire aurait été préférable.
