Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No littering in the yard, use trash cans and recycle bins. Please clean up debris and pool toys that your kids played with such as, water balloons
Please no smoking in the house nor near the front doors. $25 per night for each additional guest.
Never unplug the WiFI. This is grounds for immediate termination. Ring cameras on site. Host cleans the pool every Wednesday and Sunday

Tee was a great hostess! We had the pleasure of meeting her in person, and it is so evident how much she loves hosting guests. The house was incredibly clean, she provided some breakfast items and snacks, and was so responsive whenever we had a question. Just an absolute perfect vacation home super clean and super enjoyable

Of the dozens of VRBO-type places I've rented, this is among my favorite. The place was just as described. It was the host that differentiated it from the rest. There were many little things that were done to make you feel instantly at home. Fresh milk and eggs, bowl of fresh fruit, snacks, etc. The thing that especially hit me was simple, yet I haven't seen it before. How often have you woken up the morning after a long day of travel and realize there is no cream for the coffee. Tee had fresh half and half waiting for us. Aaaah!! The courtyard is truly a beautiful tropical oasis...especially on a warm night. We were there for a family emergency, not vacation. But our stay was very pleasant. Thank you, Tee!!

Tropical Oasis Is The Perfect Name

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient with many restaurants and shopping options near by. We spent a day by the pool and really enjoyed the games that were provided (the big connect four board was a hit)! The property is exactly as pictured and it was very clean. Any questions we had Tee & Alex responded promptly. I would absolutely recommend this property and the hosts!

Spring Training Get Away

Three couples in their 60's-70's stayed last week. We were all VERY impressed with all aspects of this VRBO. Theresa was a joy to work with, very responsive. The house/property/pool were impecable and so very nicely landscaped/appointed. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to the east Florida coast.

The most amazing weekend

The house was perfect, simply perfect! The hosts made us feel like it was our home, leaving fresh fruit and breakfast items for us. First Class House and Hosts

The house is extremely clean, updated and meticulously decorated with high quality floors, walls and furnishings. Tee and Alex are very generous hosts, even providing a slew of breakfast items right before our arrival, such as cereals, half and half, fruit, milk and coffee. It was so easy to communicate with Tee. She responded immediately to every inquiry. You could not ask for better hosts.

If you are planing a trip to Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington or Lake Worth consider our place and experience our unique blend of Midwestern Hospitality and Good Island Vibes. Having traveled the world we've ended up in South Florida, with live music, sports and great food there are endless things to do and of course there's the beach.

Why they chose this property

Wonderful house, located in a good neighborhood on a Cul De Sac. Perfect for a family traveling with grandma or adults kids. Lots of space to comfortably move around. Our location is central to restaurants and beaches, less than two miles to the Boynton Beach “Ocean Ridge.” We will provide all the basic items for breakfast, such as coffee, fruits and juice. The house is a courtyard style with a pool, and we have two parking space to accommodate multiple cars or RV. Lots of privacy as you move around this tropical oasis.

What makes this property unique

We are located in the heart of Boynton Beach, one minute East of Congress. Many visitors enjoy the Green Cay Nature Center, Wakodahatchee Wetlands and Wetlands Park. Banana Boat and two Georges are a must see. Our local brewery is Duo South brewing. We are located 10 minutes from down Delray Beach and we are minutes away from our neighborhood canal and park. The privacy, the pool and the coziness of the house are some of the things our guests love the most.
