New stone house with a large wooden terrace, a car park and an enclosed garden (gate), close to the beach of Pouldu (less than 2 kms). House located in Santec a few kilometres from the large beach of Dossen where you can learn or improve your surfing, sand yachting and discover the small island of Sieck.
Well placed to visit:
- the pretty seaside resorts:
. Saint pol de Léon and the islet Sainte Anne,
. Roscoff with the pier for the Ile de Batz (15 mm by boat)
. Plouescat and Les Halles of the 16th century,
. Carantec with the Ile Callot and the Château du Taureau,
- Kerlouan, listed site, with the village of thatched cottages
- Morlaix with the viaduct and the very old half-timbered houses

Lovely clean and spacious home in great location, great outdoor space, only one sun lounger, friendly hosts good communication, there’s no key box so they meet you for key collections at the start and end of stay. There was also plastic covering on surfaces, dining table, and throws over the sofa. This isn’t depicted in photos and is a little strange which gives it a slightly clinical child like feeling and not at all good in hot weather. Clean and minimal decoration and the shower room in the garage was perfect after a day at the beach, Would happily stay again.
