Great house and neighborhood, very friendly and helpful hosts

Anne and her spouse were extremely friendly and hospitable. The house is amazing and the neighborhood is just what we expected. The hot tub works great and is quite large too. We will be returning in the future.

Nous sommes restés à 6 pers pendant une semaine en juillet dans cette belle maison, tout confort et moderne. Merci à M.et Mme Prigent pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Les équipements de cuisine sont très complets et même au delà de mes attentes. Nos hôtes ont eu la gentillesse de nous mettre à disposition tous le nécessaire pour faciliter le rangement et le nettoyage quotidien, ce qui est un vrai plus,même si j'avais apporté mes produits. L'espace salon pour 6 personnes a été fort agréable pour se détendre en famille. Une maison propre et moderne qui a égaillée nos vacances. Nous avons pu profiter du beau jardin et se sa terrasse car nous avons eu beau temps. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la balançoire en bois. N'oublions le jaccuzi de qualité que nous avons apprécié après nos longues balades. Cela est vraiment le plus dans cette maison. Étant de grands habitués de l'île de Batz, nous reviendrons à coup sûr et plus longtemps cette fois ci dans cette belle maison. Encore Merci à nos hôtes pour leur amabilité et leur disponibilité.

très jolie maison très bien décorée et très calme .

Des le matin on peut rejooindre la mer par un petit sentier et se faire une grande balade le long du litoral .A 10 mn des resto du port ou de petits commerce la vie facile .

Entschleunigen auf der Ile de Batz

Wir haben die Woche auf der Ile de Batz sehr genossen. Ruhe, kaum ein Auto, lange Spaziergänge über die Insel und ein Jaccuzi, der einem den Abend zum Welness-Event gemacht hat. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Empfehlenswert.

Entspannung & Erholung

Wir kamen mittlerweile zum dritten Mal und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Die Insel ist wunderschön - ein Ort der Entschleunigung und totaler Entspannung. Schöne Strände, Natur pur, leckeres Essen und sehr gastfreundliche Inselbewohner. Das Ferienhaus der Familie Prigent ist gut ausgestattet, bietet ausreichend Platz und die Eigentümer sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub!

Superbe escale.Que du Plaisir

CONFORTABLE et REPOSANT

Maison bien équipée, conforme à l'annonce. Beau jacuzzi pour un coin détente très sympa. Extérieur : il manque juste un peu d'ombre pour manger dehors. (Mais nous avons réparé le parasol..) Attention, les propriétaires n'habitent pas sur l'île, ce qui exclut un départ matinal (contrainte au niveau des horaires des bateaux), mais le propriétaire, très sympa, sait décrisper la situation.

Agréable et parfait séjour

Maison agréable et bien conçue. Véranda avec jacuzzi TOP ! Son emplacement est parfait par rapport au magasin d'alimentation (chez Thérèse), le phare, le centre et le port du village: accès à pied. Et le départ pour les différentes plages et lieux de visite: vélos loués pour la semaine car enfants de 6 et 10 ans. A savoir qu'à pied, tout est possible.

Erholung pur auf einer sehr schönen Insel

Wir haben eine sehr erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Familie Prigent verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine schöne Lage auf der Insel. Mit Fahrrädern und auch zu Fuß kann man die schöne Insel erkunden. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und haben die Strände zum Baden genossen. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

tolles Haus für tolle Ferien auf toller Insel

Das Haus ist sehr schön und moderneingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig, hierin kann man alles kochen, was das Herz begehrt. Ehrlich, ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und korrekt. Die Ile de Batz ist landschaftlich toll, es gibt viele kleine Strände zu erkunden und wer Sonnenuntergänge mag, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Alles notwendige gibt es in den 2 Läden zu kaufen. Sehr schön ist auch, dass die Insel großteils autofrei ist. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag. Wir werden in ein paar Jahren sicherlich wiederkommen.

Séjour parfait

Séjour parfait de une semaine en mai 2018 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). La maison est très bien équipée et joliment décorée. L'accueil de début et fin de séjour est chaleureux. Ce n'est pas l'envie qui manque de revenir souvent!

Location confortable, fonctionnelle et bien située

2e séjour dans cette maison neuve et fonctionnelle. Soleil toute la journée autour de la maison, une véranda bienvenue quand il vente et la vue sur le phare la nuit. Génial. Localisation : alimentation "Chez Thérèse" à proximité, le village à 5 minutes à pied. Madame Prigent et son fils sont adorables.
