The house Nemo was rebuilt in 2005 and is only a few steps away from the Heringsdorf promenade and the beach, directly behind the famous Villa Caprivi. In the house there are 12 apartments on 2 floors. The parking spaces are directly on the property. Note: There is no lockable bicycle parking space in front of the house.
