This property is clean. I asked for extra linens and had them in less than 10 minutes. Location is just a couple blocks from down town. Easy walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Place To Stay When Visiting in Monroe

This modern unit is at a location convenient to any activity desired in the Monroe area. I appreciated the private parking lot, walking distance to grocery markets, and spaciousness of the unit. It was clean and modern and I would definitely reserve this unit in the future.

The bldg needs to be better marked on the front. The apartment itself was nice, the bed was very comfy, a few more kitchen items would have been helpful but an great stay overall!

Great Location

We were in town for the Spartan Race and this location was perfect distance to the course. The neighborhood was walkable to fun local spots and two grocery stores were a quick drive away. There is not a coffee maker, it is a Keurig and pods were not supplied so pack a few or head to the Safeway for some.

Great location, safe, clean, great host.

We rented 203 and 204 for a wedding weekend. The location is perfect. Close to the main highway, and only a block off main street. We were able to walk to dinner and coffee. The wedding was in Sultan so only 15 minutes from the festivities. Perfect size apartments, appreciated coffee makers, and all the small amenities we needed. Happy each apartment had a portable AC. The host Emmanuel was great, communicated and accommodating with all our needs. Clean and safe property, would recommend 1000%. One disclosure, we were on second floor and if stairs are a concern look at his first floor apartments. We did not have an issue but it could be if you have any issues with stairs.

Good, but a little pricey with the extra charges.

Very new, clean and modern. Great location to downtown Monroe. Also very small for two people, let alone three. $120 cleaning fee and $59 mandatory breakage insurance wer a big add on to the overall cost.
