Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment above a garage that is detached from main house. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood called Norway Hill. Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away.

Apartment front door is on ground level. There are stairs heading up to main floor and laundry room to right with washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a nice living room with tv, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees.

The apartment has an attached driveway that is available for parking. There are spots for at least 2 cars. The apartment door has a keypad so you can check in when you want. Code will be provided on check in day. The garage that is attached to apartment is not part of the rental. It is used for storage, so there little to no noise.

I loved the location and quietness of the neighborhood and the property. It is tucked away but the drive wasn't too bad to get there. We had such a nice stay here. In between busy days of sightseeing and traveling, this was an amazing and restful oasis. Everything was very comfortable and well-thought out. It felt like home away from home! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place with great hosts close to Seattle. Mike was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.
