There are four bedrooms, five beds, and two bathrooms. It's a pet friendly, private, and professionally cleaned environment for all to enjoy and relax.

Home can comfortably sleep 10 guests, including little ones. Equipped with the essentials to allow guests to kick back like a Florida Native. My family was there for seven days and we thought the location was great. Very easy to get on in a major highways to go to most of the parks. The pool was amazing and that was where we had the best memories made.

Believe the bathroom with the tub should have grab bars and non-skid in the tub. Really didn't like the shower heads but worked OK. Not enough toilet paper, had to buy some at the store. Appreciated the shampoo.

The home was adequate, clean. But we felt they were not honest with the listing. Some things need to be updated, there were 4 forks for a four bedroom home, no cutting board, no dish towels. And while it did have a barbeque found out we had to buy our on propane for it. Not cool! The pool was lovely but we had to pay 40.00 per day to have it heated. You had to walk through bedrooms to get outside. There is a camera outside by pool. I have rented many VRBO houses before. This one did not measure up

Owner was very pleasant and accomodating. The property had some issues with maintenance of air-conditioning and washer and dryer. Pool was nice!

Family Time

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. Spacious, well appointed, and with some nice little surprises like landscaping and string lights around the pool. Nicely renovated and comfortable. Easy drive to and from the airport. Good communication with the owner. Definitely recommend this place.

Amazing host and property!

This was our first time going the VRBO route and we couldn’t have picked a better place and host for our first time! Giovanni was very communicative with us and checked in with us during our stay to see how things were going. He even allowed us to bring our dog with us which was a huge plus! She enjoyed her stay just as much as us. The kids of course enjoyed the pool the most and even wanted to leave Disney early just so they could swim in the pool. It was honestly like home to us. Kids were able to have their own room with their own big flat screen tvs to watch when they wanted to. If we have the chance to go back to Orlando we will definitely be going back to this exact place. Highly recommend!

Close to EVERYTHING!! BEST HOST EVER!

We came for a family vacation and to see my daughter graduate from UCF. The check in was super easy and exactly as stated in the instructions. The house was super clean and was cool as compared to the FL heat. The kids jumped in the pool immediately and spent a large part of our vacation there. The house is centrally located to the major parks/collages/Kennedy Space Center and a convent drive to Tampa as well. There are several natural springs in the area that I highly recommend for those hot FL afternoons. On the second day we had a small issue with the hot water and Giovanni had a plumber to the house and the issue fixed in under three hours. Never a question or anything like that just got it fixed so we could enjoy our trip. ROCK STAR HOST. If you are traveling to the Orlando area with kids RENT THIS HOUSE you will not be sorry.
