The Madison is luxurious living in the heart of Tulsa’s historic Brookside district.

This beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 3,800 square foot home was built in late 2021 by Kevin Patterson`s NexGen Homes, in a boho-modern style with luxe finishes throughout. Tulsa designer Karen Rebele of Details and Design Tulsa has added her beautiful touch with furnishings, artwork, and accessories.

The Madison`s open concept living and kitchen space are perfect for keeping everyone together in one space. The fully equipped chef`s kitchen includes GE Cafe appliances, and an abundance of everything you`ll need to prepare a perfect family meal. The kitchen also features a coffee, tea, and espresso bar and adult beverage station. The living room features a 65` Smart TV, gas-log fireplace, and an audio system that can be heard throughout the lower level. The dining area has a large table that seats 8 comfortably, and a leaf can be added for expanded elbow room.

The first level also boasts a large, secluded king Primary/Master Suite with stunning bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The large glass-enclosed shower features both a traditional and relaxing overhead rain showerhead. There`s also a deep soaking tub perfect for an afternoon of relaxation.

There`s a second king suite on the first floor that features its own full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and a large walk-in closet.

For those needing a place to work, a beautiful paneled office offers privacy with large windows and natural light. There`s also a printer for guest use.

During spring, summer, and fall, you`ll enjoy spending time on the beautifully finished covered patio. It features an outdoor gas fireplace that provides amazing ambient heat. The outdoor kitchen features a built-in Blaze Grill and fridge.

There is also fully equipped laundry room on the first level with washer and dryer. Guests who are staying for an extended period of time will love the new Samsung appliances, iron, and steamer.

The second level features 3 additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with two full beds. The king bedroom upstairs shares a bathroom with the room that has two full beds. The queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the hallway, near the game room entrance.

The Madison features a large game room upstairs with a pool table and 75” TV.

WEATHER EMERGENCIES IN TULSA:
The Madison features a whole-home generator, powering the home off the grid in an emergency. There may be a generator surcharge for bookings during power emergencies in Tulsa.

The location of The Madison couldn`t get better. It`s centrally located in Tulsa`s Brookside Addition, equidistant from I-44 and the south leg of Tulsa`s Inner Dispersal Loop, connecting to Hwy 75, I-244, and The Broken Arrow Expressway.

The garage features ample space for two cars or trucks, and there is driveway parking for two more vehicles. Street parking is also available, but we ask that you be respectful of where you park, and not park multiple cars in front of neighbors` homes.

Upon booking, access to The Madison will be provided by a code to use on our SmartLock at the front door. For those who must use the garage, a special garage code will be given upon request.

We do offer additional concierge services, including but not limited to: grocery shopping, additional housekeeping during your stay, dining reservations, etc. Please inquire for specifics.

The city of Tulsa limits the number of overnight guests, and prohibits parties. Please adhere to these guidelines, and discuss any gathering plans with owners in advance.

Parties & Large Gatherings:
Parties are not permitted at The Madison. Daytime events, such as baby showers, large family get-togethers, wedding groups, etc. must be considered and approved in advance.

Smoking & Vaping:
No smoking of any type allowed at The Madison, indoors or outdoors. Vaping is allowed outdoors only. Please do not vape indoors. Vaping indoors or smoking on the property will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250.

Be A Good Neighbor:
Do not use outdoor speakers -- or carry on with loud conversations outside on the patio -- after 9pm.
Do not park cars in front of neighbors homes.

Don`t Hack The Devices:
Do not attempt to add The Madison`s wi-fi based devices (such as the Google Nest thermostats or doorbell) to your own Google Home or Nest account. Please use them manually. To adjust the thermostats, simply tap on the upper right side of the thermostat and move your finger up or down the side of it to increase or decrease the temperature setting.

Please refrain from logging into your own Samsung account to add TVs and other home appliances; you may, however, log-in to your own streaming video services on the TVs. Remember to log-out when you’re finished so others don’t have access to making purchases on your behalf.

Bathroom Moisture:
Moisture build up during showers shortens the life of items in the bathroom, including drywall. Please use the shower fans while taking warm or hot showers, and please use the provided squeegees to wipe down shower doors and enclosures.
