This property met all our needs and then some. Very close to downtown but absolutely a gem for privacy and relaxation. The deck, the pond and all the amenities were just right.

Wonderful family getaway! Spacious and peaceful country setting. Kids especially enjoyed fishing in the pond. The theater room was a hit as well. Great location!

This house had everything we could need or want: the pond and fishing provided lots of entertainment and fun, pool table, ping pong table, basketball goal, media room, fire pit and large spaces were perfect for our family to reconnect. It was close enough to town for whatever we needed, but far enough away we could enjoy peace and quiet. The city had a water main break during our stay and the house lost all water for about 18 hours - the host was super accommodating and we were reimbursed for water we brought in during that time. This made for what could have been a big deal, just a tiny hiccup! We were well taken care of! We would (and hope to) stay here again!

The house is beautiful, but there are some cosmetic "chips", like a hole with exposed pipes in the MBR ceiling by the closet/bathroom area, patched holes that aren't painted, closet drawers and doors that aren't in working order. There was also a pile of bedding on the floor in the MBR, not too sure about that.. There have obviously been some updates to the interior, but it still has some room for improvement. Outside, there are loose deck boards, the garage wasn't usable to park vehicles in as listed in the property description, the children's play set is in need of repair, and there was a lot of broken glass and sharp metal pieces that were around and under the play set. We did enjoy our stay, and there was plenty of room for our group of 14.

The ceiling repair following an emergency pipe leak has been completed, the rear deck structure has now been replaced, and the play set and surrounding area have been repaired and cleared. The garage issue was traced to an electrical circuit and has also been repaired, with the garage now operating properly. We remain committed to keeping the home safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready.

This house is absolutely amazing! So much room for the extended family to spread out. Lots to do on the HUGE property: hiking; kayaking; pingpong, pool table, theater room, games. A true gem to get away from the rush. Host was extremely helpful and responsive, even when the issue was pilot error. We would highly recommend to others.

Private ranch with lake

Roomy, secluded, dwelling. Modern facilities and great features that accommodate a large family or group. Clean and well kept. We had an all family gathering and annual getaway and this worked out perfectly. Hopefully we can come backin the future.

The space was amazing. Plenty of space. A well furnished house with many games to play and outdoor stuff to do. The property is beautiful. However, attention to some of the details would have made it a much better experience. Overall, responsive host and lots of space.

Family Vacation

The pool table, ping pong table, basketball goal and media room were a hit! There was plenty of room for the entire family, we appreciated the pack n play and high chair. The recliners were enjoyed by the old people! The property is close to town but private! From great-grandparents to great-grandkids everyone wants to come again! To top it all off the fish were biting!

Family, Fishing and Fresh Air - Fabulous

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. All the king-sized beds were great and very comfortable. Everyone had a quiet place to retreat to after playing together outside all day. Awesome family getaway

We were in Tulsa for a sporting event at the Expo center. This house was perfect for our large family! Exactly as described pictures are very accurate. The whole family had a great time. The check in/out, and communication were easy. Everything is in the book or is labeled with instructions. Great place to relax and enjoy yourself.

Groomsmen for 8/17 Wedding

The home is incredible. My son and his groomsmen had lots of fun fishing, playing basketball, playing video games, playing pool and hanging out. Could not have asked for a better home for all of them. Very spacious, clean, and perfect for the occasion! Would love to come back here again!
