The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We hope you had a wonderful time, please strip any used beds and leave the sheets and towels on the bed.
Please take out the trash and recycles which is located under the back deck before you leave. The recycles can not be in a white trash back and have to be loose-not bagged
Please lock the door, turn out the lights and turn off the mini-splits if you have used them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please strip beds that were slept in, dishes in the dishwasher run it before 10:00 AM check out day, NO non-recycle material in the recyclcle
You must clean the BBQ grill after you use it. Leave it the way you would like to use it. If it is not clean there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee.
