Excellent vacation rental! They had everything you need. The location is perfect; right on the beach and a short drive to P-town. And the communication with the owner was seamless. We’ve already rebooked for next year!
The property was as beautiful in person as was described on their website. House was well stocked with all the necessary items one would need staying at a home away from home. Looking forward to staying longer next year.
Breathtaking view! The main living spaces were large and airy, and the back decks were great. The property was perfect for our group. I will say the second bedroom is fairly small — it would be tight to accommodate more than three people in that room. There are 2 trundle beds that technically allow you to sleep five in that room., but if you pull them out, it occupies the entire floor and there is nowhere to walk. Communication was great. I would definitely stay here again!
I loved everything about this property. The views were fantastic. The lodging was lovely. Everything was smooth and seamless. Your neighbors might be owners not renters but they were all very welcoming. I hope to be back next summer. Thanks for everything Peter.
This was a lovely property in a beautiful location, you can't beat being right by the ocean! However, a few things felt misleading about the listing. The additional beds in the second bedroom are trundle beds, which was not pictured or mentioned. The photos of the bedrooms with different wall decor added to that confusion. Additionally, commercial street was not a close walk away. All that to say, this was a good place to stay, but I wish it had been presented more accurately.
Very clean, nicely equipped townhouse, in a lovely location, right on the beach!
The kitchen has every amenity you could hope for, including 2 types of coffee machines. Linens are provided, including plush bath towels.
Loved the bayside beach right outside our door! The views from every window were amazing and we enjoyed sunsets each night! The property was perfect for our family!
We had a incredible experience with this rental. The property is beautiful and had all of the amenities you could ask for. We knew nothing of Provincetown before our trip and that is such a fun town for dinning and entertainment, and only minutes from the Rental. the private beach was a lot of fun for our kids exploring and looking for shells. would absolutely stay again.
Very convenient to the beach. I liked the option to sit on the deck right on the beach or sit on the balcony looking at the water. The high chairs on the balcony give a great view!
Spacious condo overlooking the ocean directly on the beach, what more could you need! This property comfortably fits guests and is equipped with all the necessities. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed a peaceful vacation. The views from the patio were great. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have a washer/dryer. Listening to the waves from the bedrooms was so relaxing. It is close to several great beaches (Herring/Head of Meadows) and the restaurants in Provincetown. My daughter thinks she saw a whale breach from her bedroom.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
The location was very beautiful but we couldn’t swim in the sea due to the shark risk, and although there are beautiful swimming lakes a short car ride away you aren’t allowed to park there as they’re in the next town over! So there’s actually very little to do.The property itself was a little tired, not what I expected for 5000 per week I’ll be honest! The washing machine leaked on the floor and continued to even after we notified the host. There were no batteries in the TV remote control and the ones in the drawer were dead. The first night the patio doors had been left unlocked and we couldn’t work out how to lock them so spect a very uncomfortable night worrying about our kids not being safe. Some house instructions and tips of local nice places to eat/visit would have been nice, although you need to be prepared for the locals to be rude and unfriendly. I’ve never come across more unpleasant and standoffish people and I come from England - Cape Codders make Londoners look jolly! If you ask anything you get laughed at, or eye rolled, or sighed at. It was a shock after coming from New York where everyone was so lovely.Plus points were that the AC was incredible and the bed was very comfy.
Great property. The beach is your back yard! The house was stock with everything that you would need. The owner was great to work with and communication was excellent. We would stay here again.
The majority of our complaints pertain to the neighbors and not the owner or unit itself. Unit has everything, is "homey" and the location is wonderful. I do wish however we had known prior to last week that "direct access" to the beach was restricted. We are both happy to see conservation of the dunes, but I feel it should have been in the property description during the booking process. That is the only issue I feel is directed at the owner. I don't think the 2nd floor was swept as there was a lot of sand on the floor which we had to clean before unpacking. There were two massive sand holes off the deck from I assume kids, and toys all over. I picked up the toys but did not fix holes. Back deck was also covered in sand and furniture was in disarray both on deck and off. There were many rules pertaining to being considerate of others in the complex (totally understandable) unfortunately that was not the case. Our parking place was taken on two different occasions. Next door neighbor (6) Threw hot cooking grease (definitely from fish) off her deck into the sand. Sitting on either deck was impossible as the smell was disgusting. I thought it was a non-smoking complex, someone was definitely smoking on back deck as well. The cherry on top was her clothes line, spanning the entire top deck, drying her underwear. Quite classy.Like I said, most of our complaints the owner could not control, but unfortunately it will make us think twice before staying here again.
We were traveling with our late-teens/early 20’s daughters and looking for a chance to get away from our high stress jobs and lives. This condo provided the perfect retreat for us. Close proximity to Provincetown and Truro to enjoy some of the sites, but far enough away to enjoy the beach and downtime. The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the games and and books. And beach furniture and grill were fantastic. The condo was beautifully furnished and perfectly suited to our needs.
The property was in a great location. Nice private beach and close to Provincetown. Lovely little shop down the street with coffee, ice cream, etc. The house itself was a perfect set up for a family. We are a family of 5 with kids ages 14, 12, 10. The bedrooms are great size with comfortable beds. The 3 bathrooms were all great. Would definitely stay again. Mom to mom info-The house rules asks that you go outside and around the units to enter the beach through the center access point and not walk in front of the other units to get to the beach. (Makes total sense, a great respectful rule). My kids asked every day if they can just cut through from our place to the beach and I had to tell them every day to go around. haha. So maybe prep your kids of the expectations before you arrive so they dont bug you like my kids did. haha. Also, with going around all the time, we found we tracked a lot of sand into the unit, even after using the outdoor shower so it took us a few days to find a rhythm of putting extra towels at the front door to wipe feet off. Neither of these things would keep me from staying again, just good things for parents to know and prepare for. Lastly, when we first got there I thought the seaweed might be annoying, but as we got settled in we found all of the great sea creatures liked to live in the seaweed so we saw tons of crabs which was very fun for the kids. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
