The modern furnished apartment in Fichtenweg is located only 600 meters from the ski lift carousel and 500 meters from the bike park! In just 15 minutes you are in Winterberg center.
The 52 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a newly furnished living-dining area with pull-out table, fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and shower room with toilet.
The ground floor apartment has a south-facing terrace with direct access to the large garden and offers a unique view of the bobsled run and the adventure mountain cap.
You can park for free on the street or behind the house, from where you can easily bring your luggage to the apartment.
The apartment has internet and WIFI-access.
The house also has a cellar with separate side entrance. You can safely park your mountain bikes, skis or snowboards in your own lockable basement room.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auf uns hat eine warme Wohnung mit frischer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern gewartet. Der Weg zur Bobbahn waren höchstens 10 Minuten.

Fijn appartement! Pistes op loopafstand.

Net mooi appartement, vooral geschikt voor 2, maar kort verblijf met 4 is mogelijk met slaapbank, badkamer is wat klein, verder alles netjes en goed. In het weekend is het druk met wintersporters, dan is het fijn als de piste op loopafstand bereikbaar zijn, en je de auto kan laten staan, verkeer staat veelal in de file in Winterberg. Supermarkt niet dichtbij.

Het verblijf voldeed exact aan de verwachtingen die wij op de site hadden gezien. Helaas hadden wij niet gezien dat er geen vriesvak in de koelkast aanwezig was. De badkamer was toch iets kleiner dan onze eigen inschatting, maar verder hebben wij een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Door het niet verwachtte mooie weer, veel buiten lekker in de zon gezeten. Voor diegene die veel activiteiten willen doen, zowel in de zomer als de winter, een heel groot centrum hiervoor ligt op loopafstand.

Wohnung gut / Check-In unfreundlch und inkompetent

Waren vom 10-19.08 in Winterberg, Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Anstatt um 15 Uhr konnten wir erst um 19 Uhr in die Wohnung. Frau Satrovic war trotz vieler Anrufe nicht zu erreichen. Um 18 Uhr sagte Sie uns endlich, dass sie von keinem Einzug wusste und auch jetzt nicht kommen könnte. Internet gab es erst nach vielen Bemühungen. Mit dem TV hatten wir auch Probleme. Niemand war zuständig. Duschen war die ganze Zeit nicht möglich, da die Duschbatterie defekt war, was aber bekannt war. Keinerlei Reaktionen darauf, keine Entschuldigung. Keine Chance, dass Frau Satovic ans Telefon ging. Zitat: "Wenn man so viele Wohnungen zu betreuen hat, ist es ratsam, abends auch mal das Handy aus zu machen. Sonst hat man ja nie seine Ruhe." von Frau Satovic. Werden nie wieder hier buchen! Waren bedient von so viel Unfreundlichkeit und Unprofessionalität.

Top Lage genau was für Biker

Hier kann man nur 5 Sterne geben. Einfach eine Top Lage. Die Wohnung ist gerade mal 2 Minuten vom bikepark entfernt. In die City geht man gemütliche 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen Top geeignet Die einen Kurzurlaub oder Bikerurlaub machen wollen. Sauberkeit Top. Abends könnte man noch gemütlich auf der Terrasse (Garten ) ein Bierchen trinken. Der Empfang war schnell und sehr freundlich. Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch hervorragend. Da ich öfters in Winterberg bin werde ich hier nochmal drauf zurückkommen.

Wir waren dann doch zufrieden

Tolle Lage, in zwei Minuten am Lift. Ein kleines Manko: Ein größerer Topf um 500 Gramm Nudeln zu kochen, wäre cool, aber sie wurden auch so irgendwie gar. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nichts zu beanstanden. Wenn man nicht viel kocht in der Wohnung, geht's auch mal ohne Spülmaschine 😉. Die Lüftung im Bad läuft ordentlich, es war nicht so schlimm wie gedacht ohne Fenster. Viel Platz hinter der Wohnung war toll für die Kids. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Wir hatte eine schöne Zeit in Winterberg. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ideal gelegen zum biken oder für den Winterurlaub. Man hat alles was man braucht um eine schöne Zeit zu haben. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
