This vacation home is part of a typical Tuscan manor house divided into 9 apartments, with communal pool and set on 12 hectares of fenced land with lawn and woods. The manor house is located 4 km from Poppi and offers a wide and suggestive view over the valley of the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi. Your vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, accessible by an external staircase with 9 steps and with independent entrance. Outside there is a reserved area for pleasant lunches in the open air. The house is surrounded by a large garden (1 hectare) where children can have fun in an equipped area and adults can play bocce, table tennis, volleyball and relax in the 5-seater jacuzzi. Inside the manor house you will also find two common rooms with fireplace, and further a barbecue area with wood stove. On site there is the possibility of purchasing homemade cold meats, on request the owners can organize cooking and pizza preparation courses, as well as lunch and breakfast.

The Casentino area is ideal for those who love nature and want to relax. Here you will find mountains and valleys, forests, lakes and streams. Therefore, Casentino is very popular with those who love walking, horseback riding, mountain biking and archery and sport fishing. It is the ideal vacation for families or couples of friends who want to spend a relaxing vacation and spend pleasant days in the open air. Not to be missed are the numerous medieval villages and towns of the valley such as Chitignano, Chiusi della Verna, Capolona, Castel Focognano and Castel San Niccolò. Everywhere there are weekly markets at regular intervals, where you can buy local products; in the summer months, on the other hand, you will find village festivals and events everywhere, which are also of interest to vacationers.
