Located in NW Reno near four shopping centers and UNR. Thirty minutes to Truckee and Tahoe. The home has been completely renovated with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms, air conditioning, and heating. Relax next to a real fireplace and hot tub. One-car garage parking with additional on-street parking. The complex has two swimming pools open in the summer and our rental includes one 35' + RV parking space in the communal RV lot.

Our neighborhood is a community of 200+ condos. It is quiet and friendly. It is 30 minutes to Truckee and 5 minutes to downtown casinos and the university. There are five shopping centers within 3 miles. Everything you need is right there.

What makes this property unique

My property is turn-key. All utilities are included. The condo has been completely remodeled. All new air-conditioning, heating and water heaters. You have an enclosed garage to protect you from the rain and snow. Interior patio for your pet. Lastly, its a condo where the exterior is maintained by the HOA. No exterior maintenance for the guest.
