Located in the heart of Poconos, this lovely spacious lakefront 4 BR house has all amenities you are looking for !
The house has enough space to accommodate 10+2 guests, with a well lit living room, dining room , kitchen, and a play room. Pets are welcome each at 50$/ night ! ( max 2 pets)
The back yard with the deck and the view of the lake is something you will never forget...
We have 4 kayaks and a small boat for 2 people for fishing.
We are close to Kalahari, Jim Thorpe , ski resorts and the outlet malls.
All booked guests will need to fill up two forms - one form from A Pocono County Place as this is a gated community to procure gate passes and the second one for rules and regulations, community requirements.
Come enjoy this spectacular lake front home as a vacation get away, to make life time memories....

Loved the grill and outdoor eating area. Kitchen was stocked pretty well but could use some baking sheets and casserole dishes for families who eat in a lot. Everything was comfortable and homey. They even have dog beds for the furry family members!!

Our group of 10 friends had an excellent stay! The view of the lake was beautiful. We really enjoyed the bonfire as well. Check in and check out was simple and easy. The house is clean and has everything you could need. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!

Great lakefront home

Ample space for our group of 2 adults and 5 teens/preteens. We all enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat provided by the host. The kids had a great time fishing from the dock and out in the lake. The neighbors on both sides were friendly and we enjoyed feeding the neighborhood deer.

Our stay was very pleasant!! Great location on the lake!! Lots of wildlife. Got to feed the deer!! Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Only thing I would recommend is having a couple bigger frying pans for cooking!! Other than that, no complaints!!

Quick family getaway

Great communication! Quick response with any questions or concerns. We wanted a house on the lake with a pool table so the outdoor space was definitely utilized. Firepit and paddle boat were great; easy to launch. Dock and deck are great with plenty of seating. House if fully stocked with kitchen and grilling needs; towels and pillows could be updated or bring your own. Deer (aka Bob) are extremely friendly.

The house was very nice, clean and fit my family nicely. The lake and kayaks were the hit of the weekend. The check in was insane. Over an hour to check in at the gate. Not sure why this wasn’t shared prior to the arrival. The keyless entry to the house was fine and the owner explained that perfectly. Unfortunately, the door never closed properly and the door alarm went off constantly. That needs to be explained better. Overall, nice weekend with my family!!

Many of the features in the home were worn down. The pool table had definitely seen better days. Many of the kitchen items were dirty and covered in grease. It was very cold and uncomfortable to sleep upstairs. I would not recommend it.

Very pleasant house on the lake

This was a very comfortable house, nicely equipped, with a fine view of the lake out the rear. Visiting deer were semi-tame, to the delight of the little kids. (Beware: Black bear scat also found.) The dock was terrific for little ones to fish, and they much enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboat. Two qualifications: a) This is NOT a remote place in the woods; it's semi-suburban. b) The pool table is far out of level, making it very hard to play a meaningful game. Communication with the host was superb!

Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house for a family birthday weekend in February. The house had plenty of room for our group of 12 people and the owners were very accessible to us to answer our questions both before and during our stay. They even Facetimed with us to help open the digital door lock when we arrived. The house was clean and offered all of the essential household items and kitchenware needed to have a comfortable weekend away - the owners even provided new dog beds and dishes. Because we arrived at night, we did not get to fully appreciate the beautiful lakefront views until the next morning - it was spectacular! We had a wonderful time and will make another reservation during the summer months to really enjoy the outdoor entertaining spaces. Thank you for being great hosts to our family!

Gem on the lake

Was looking for a perfect spot for a High School reunion and this place didn't disappoint! The house is located right on the lake. Amenities include a private dock, kayaks/boat, and a fire pit so you will have ample to do while enjoying the scenery. Overall a great location to catch up with friends or family while taking in a fantastic view! RB is incredibly responsive to all questions/concerns and overall a delight to work with. The house is located in a gated community so it can pose some logistics issues if you have people coming from all over as you will need parking passes to enter. However, RB is more than willing to work with you if you need to make any last minute changes! Would recommend this property to everyone!
