Selten so eine gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung gesehen. An allen wichtigen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter vorhanden. Lage zum Ortskern und zum Strand super!Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell.

Bad könnte mal erneuert werden

Duschen war Katastrophe, da die Duschvorrichtung kaputt ist. Des weiteren sollten auch mal frische Kissen genommen werden da diese komplett durchgelegen waren.

Allgemeines

Für 75€ Endreinigung nicht sehr sauber, viel Staub hinter dem Sofa und auf dem Tisch. Man sollte zum Ende des Aufenthaltes die Spülmaschine ausräumen, obwohl es gar keine Spülmaschine gibt. Die Toilettenbürste könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Es gibt kaum eine Möglichkeit, die Zimmer zu verdunkeln (lediglich helle Plissees). Für unsere Anforderungen einen Kurzaufenthalts war es in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super!

Zentrale Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Bäcker, Strand, Dorfplatz usw. alles schnell erreichbar! Parkplatz direkt bei der Ferienwohnung dabei.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung sehr sauber bei der Anreise, alles so wie beschrieben, sehr ruhige Lage. Der Balkon ist ein Sonnenbalkon, von 12.00 Uhr bis spät Abends Sonne pur. Vom Hotel gegenüber liegen die Balkons zwar in der Nähe aber man darf sich nicht stören lassen oder man hat nette Unterhaltung.

Die Wohnung liegt leider zu nah an einem Hotel. Man konnte den Balkon nicht so gut nutzen, weil man sich gegenüber sitzt. Schade. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und sehr zentral.

In die Jahre gekommen und nicht wirklich Sauber

Vorort ist es mit einem Mittelklassewagen schon sehr eng.Das Reisebett passt nicht neben das Ehebett im Schlafzimmer. Auf den Balkon kann man von allen Seite beobachtet werden, sogar von oben da direkt davor ein Hotel steht mit 3 Etagen+ Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung war leider alles andere als sauber. Angefangen über die Versiffte Fernbedienung (haben wir uns garnicht getraut anzufassen) bis hin zur Gammeligen Duschanbtrennung oder dem Staub auf Fensterbänken und in den Ecken. Das Bett ist recht hart und die „Schlafcouch“ noch voller Haare, von wem möchte ich garnicht wissen. Ein Anstrich wäre auch definitiv angebracht. Aufgrund des Wetters mussten wir nicht (wollten wir auch nicht) viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Die Ecke da oben ist echt schön allerdings nicht noch mal in dieser Wohnung. Schade ! Denn eine zusammengewürfelte Einrichtung oder ein hartes Bett ist definitiv zu verkraften. Aber mangelnde Sauberkeit nicht.

für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Funktionalität lassen zu Wünschen übrig

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Horumersiel. Die Wohnung sah an sich gut aus, die Ausstattung der Küche war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist top und man hat einen Parkplatz. Wir fanden es ganz cool, dass eine Waschmaschine vor Ort war, die wir jedoch nicht benötigten. Allerdings war uns die Wohnung insgesamt zu dreckig. Das Klo war geputzt, jedoch lag noch viel Dreck auf dem Boden und in den Ecken. Auch die Schubladen waren sehr dreckig. Außerdem war zeimlich viel defekt. Die Rollos waren laienhaft reparirert, sodass sie beim Fensteröffnen runterfielen. Die Kaffeekanne hatte einen Sprung. Ein Teil der Küchenvertäfelung war locker. Es gab keinen Stöpsel zum Abwaschen. Wir hatten uns mehr erwartet. Insgesamt war die Wohnung für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt aus unserer Sicht jedoch eher nicht.

Schöner Urlaub mit Kleinkind

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und toll gelegen. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit dem aufgebauten Reisebett sehr eng, aber es geht. Beschreibung des Objektes sehr gut, Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Kurz Urlaub an der Nordsee

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt an der Nordsee benötigt, Einkaufs Möglichkeiten und das Wasser erreicht man in wenigen Minuten!! Kleiner Nachteil ist man schaut vom Balkon aus direkt in die Zimmer des gegenüberliegenden Hotels!!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten eine angenehme Auszeit vom Alltag nehmen. In den Schränken war alles vorhanden was zum Kochen und Essen erforderlich ist. gut und zentral

Wohnung liegt zentral, man ist praktisch direkt im kleinen Ortszentrum u. nicht weit vom Deich/Grünstrand Nordsee. Man kann auch gut zu Fuß zum Sandstrand in Schillig gehen. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Nachteil: beim Parkplatz muss man, wenn auch der Nebenplatz belegt ist, ziemlich kurbeln.

Aufenthalt in Ferienwohnung Horumersiel

Die Wohnung ist schön und die Ausstattung absolut vollständig. Drei Dinge haben den Eindruck etwas getrübt. Zum ersten ist eine Ersatztoilettenpapierrolle wenig. Zum zweiten ist das Unkraut auf dem Balkon seit mehreren Wochen nicht mehr entfernt worden. Weiterhin hatten wir an unserem Abreisetag (14.7.2019) warmes Wasser erst wie wir längst im Bad fertig waren. Die Üergabe der Schlüssel in einem mit Zahlenschloss versehenen Kästchen vor der Eingangstür fanden wir unpersönlich und hatte somit auch keine Gelegenheit direkte Fragen zum Aufenthalt zu stellen. Leider wurde auch eine email-Anfrage zum Aufenthalt einige Tage zuvor nicht beantwortet.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genießen können. Einigen negativen Bewertungen bezüglich der Sauberkeit können wir uns nicht anschließen, sie entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Gerne wieder!
