Good place for the right reason
My friends and I were in town for a Dolphins game.
This place had the room we needed and amenities we wanted (pool, game room).
It was fine for us, but none of us would have brought our families.
The place reflects significant wear. (most doors had issues, dining room chairs broken, cockroaches, broken grill, cracked windows, feltless pool queues, dirty vents etc).
Thankfully the owner agreed and we didn't need to document that which was damaged.
All in all my friends had a wonderful 4-day weekend and enjoyed the place and it's location.
