Fabulous views of the wooded backyard from the large pictureframe windows. Birds are in the backyard all year round. Conveniently located - 5 min from Midland Mall, 5 min from Downtown and Dow Garden, 1.5 hours from Travers City!

Nice house, great neighborhood!

This really is a great rental with really nice neighbors. The only issue we had was that the third bedroom didn't have a bed. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice place

Nice neighborhood, but when we arrived, the yard hadn't been mowed in several weeks. Listing says pet friendly, but the back yard isn't fenced.

Very nice property !

Very nice 2 bd 2 1/2 bath. Great for 4 adults plus some kids. Website is has some inaccuracies. There are extra air mattresses. Also no 3rd shower as listed. Current pictures don’t do justice to the house. Actually nicer than pictured. Close to freeway but quiet, safe and private enough. Nice finishes and layout Very comfortable interior. Both bedrms on 2nd floor. Wifi and tv app ready. Nice laundry room Very clean on arrival. No problems with entry or accommodations. Nice welcome basket. Pantry very well appointed. Host was very responsive with any questions. Some very minor damage inside may have occurred just before we arrived. Did not affect our stay.

Battered & unclean home (shocking)

The first thing we saw was in the bathroom- the toilet had a pink ring where it had not been cleaned. The mirrors had spots & the shower did too. Towels were old and tattered. The walls were covered in nails and scuff marks as if someone had lived there and moved out and the next person never took the time to fix. The drawers had half used products and toothpaste like someone lived there and just leaves if someone books the location. There’s only one tv and it’s in the master bedroom. One positive thing was they refunded our money without debate.

Travel can also be stressful sometime - when I walk into a place that seems peaceful, clean and comfortable, I always feel grateful to the host for sharing their space! My goal is to create the same experience for my guests. I aim to set up the place in a way that helps them rest and relax.

Why they chose this property

I like to avoid busy noisy crowded areas of the town - this neighborhood is quiet, and also, family and pet friendly. It's away from the busy streets, safe for kids and pets - but also centrally located.

What makes this property unique

It's unique how quiet and peaceful it feels here - great place to work remotely or just to relax and rest! The open layout and all wood flooring helps make the space calm and relaxing. I enjoy looking out the windows - the wooded backyard is a great hangout place for birds all year round!
