Great place to stay!

Everything was great, easy check in, clean, pool was great. It would be nice to not have to pay to have pool heated because it does take 12-24 hours to heat up so we didn’t get to use it when it was heated because we were at the parks. Everything else was great and in a great location!

Okay but could be better

Overall the stay was fine. The house was fine and the location was fine. The host/property manager appears to simply be lazy. There are not enough pots to cook. There are no toilet paper dispensers in any of the bathrooms. There was no bin for the trash. Bags of trash out front upon arrival. The pool had a hose in it to filter more water then towards the end of the stay the pool was literally GREEN from not being properly serviced. I rated the place a 3 not because we didn't enjoy ourselves but there were just a bunch of small things. If the host put a little more effort in the place it could definitely be a 4+ house.

Disappointment Managment

We paid for pool heat which we have communicated before we booked this home. During our stay the heat stopped working. We contacted management several times and they said they are sending someone over. We call several times that day until ultimately someone came on the day of our departure. The pool Maintenace guy showed us the problem which he resolved but at that point we couldn't benefit from the pool. I have found that the management was uniformed of the processes of how they operate lead by its manager named Andrea Sanchez who was extremely rude and doesn't know what customer service is. If I owned this home, I would switch management companies today. I wouldn't recommend anyone using any home that is managed by Deconova if you would like to enjoy your vacation.

Lovely house with great set up for families

We stayed at this house for a company retreat consisting of a mix of families with kids, a couple and a two singles. The set up was perfect with adjoining rooms for the families and kids, twin beds for the singles and a separate room for the couple. It was spacious, modern and pretty clean. We asked for the pool to be heated and it wasn't, but we really didn't have time to use it since we spent most of our time at the parks. It was a little bit far from the parks, but it was big enough to accommodate everyone so it was still a great fit. We would definitely stay there again.

Ok

When we arrived it says parking for 3 cars but you can only park one car and others have to be parked somewhere else. There was garbage from previous renters allover front yard from wed when we checked in until Sat. Not just a little garbage, it was at least 8 big bags and animals torn into it and ended up allover grass. They had enough towels for 8 people and we had 11 in our party when I asked manager they said to look around well obviously we did and still nothing and they did not give us more so we had to go buy some. Very little kitchen supplies. Went to cook breakfast and there was no baking sheet for biscuits and a very small frying pan. This place would be nice if it had more supplies and things were taken care of better. Also some light bulbs in house were burnt out.
