The beach was only a block and a half away, but the view was blocked by a Holiday Inn. The building was clean and acceptable; however, this is the first and only rental we have ever stayed in that required guests to install and remove the bedding.

Perfect for our group

The house was bigger than the pictures depicted, we had more than enough room for the five adults and 10 children. We chose to heat the pool which was perfect for the younger swimmers, and the quick, less than two min, walk to the beach was just right for the teens. We loved the location due to the ease of getting to the beach, even though it wasn’t “water front” it was perfectly close and still offered some sense of privacy. Very family friendly location

Almost perfect

Perfect location, just a few steps to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. The house is great. Plenty of room for our group of 13. The only complain I have is the beds are very uncomfortable. You can feel springs in them, we had to purchase a mattress topper to be able to sleep. Other than that the house is great!

Family Vacay 2022

The house was very dirty. The grout on the kitchen and bathroom floor was BLACK! The kitchen was poorly stocked and what was there was of poor quality. The house was suppose to sleep 16-18 people and there is no way the kitchen could have properly prepared meals for that many. The bathroom rugs were not cleaned in between guests. Disgusting!!
