The tastefully and high quality furnished apartment Gutenberg is located in a built in 2014 in the spa style villa in prime location of the Baltic resort Binz. The beautiful sandy beach of Binz and the inviting for strolling and far beyond Rügen known Binzer beach promenade with numerous restaurants and cafes are just 150 meters. The charming spa park is directly opposite the villa. The house of the guest is only 100 meters away. The nearby shops guarantee optimal self-sufficiency of the residents. Despite the central location, the Granitzer forest and the Schmachter lake, which invite you to long walks in the nature as a recreational area, within walking distance.

A tastefully furnished living room with high quality sleeping facilities provides in the comfort apartment Gutenberg for your feel-good atmosphere. It adjoins a south-facing terrace where the sunshine can be enjoyed almost all day long. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Two comfortable bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each. Furthermore, two well-kept shower rooms belong to the apartment. A parking space allocated to the apartment for your car is located directly at the building. Wir kamen in der Ferienwohnung an und als wir eintraten, kam uns gleich ein sehr unangenehm riechender, stinkender Geruch entgegen. Nach längerer Suche fanden wir die Ursache: ein völlig verdreckter Staubsauger. In diesem befand sich eine völlig überfüllte Staubsaugertüte und aus der stankes

Wunderschöne und sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Eine sehr moderne und wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Hier kann man auch längere Zeit seinen Urlaub verbringen. Allerdings ist die Objektbetreuung nicht so, wie man es sich für eine Wohnung dieser Güte vorstellt. Obwohl das Büro um 12 Uhr besetzt war, konnte uns keine Auskunft darüber gegeben werden, ob die Wohnung schon bezugsfertig ist. Stattdessen sollten wir um 16 Uhr wieder vorbei kommen. Leider war das Büro dann nicht besetzt und erst nach dem dritten Anruf konnte der Objektverwalter erreicht werden, der uns dann telefonisch den Code für den Schlüsselkasten gab. Weiterhin stimmte die Höhe der zu zahlenden Kurtaxe nicht, sodass wir den Betrag nach Rücksprache mit der Kurverwaltung auf den richtigen Betrag gekürzt haben.

Hervorragende Lage und Ausstattung. Unklarheit bestand lediglich im Umfang der Leistung - hier Bettwäsche. Bei dem Preis bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher enthalten sind. Sonst war alles gut. Überlege, im Januar erneut zu buchen, muss aber morgen im Krankenhaus erst einmal den weiteren Heilungsverlauf meines Beinbruchs klären.
