Your holiday home is centrally located, just a few minutes’ walk from shopping, stores, and restaurants.
The stylish restaurant Der Weltenbummler is located in the side courtyard of Villa Gudrun.
Apartment 552, located on the mezzanine level and accessible by lift (there are a few steps to climb), is ideal for families with children, as there is hardly any car traffic in the area and the beach promenade is car-free.
The apartment features an open-concept living/dining area with an integrated kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The furnished balcony, which offers a side view of the sea, is accessible from the living area.
From the loggia windows in the living room—where the lovely dining area is also located—you can enjoy a direct view of the sea.



If you’re arriving by car, a private parking space is available in the building’s underground garage for a fee of 5 euros per day. The parking space is suitable for cars with maximum dimensions: H=2.10 m / W=2.60 m / L=6.00 m / on a level surface. Parking is not guaranteed.



There is a lockable bicycle storage room in the underground garage.



For stays from May 1 through September 30 of each year, a beach chair can be rented at the time of booking for a fee of 3.00 euros per day for the entire stay. Unfortunately, requests to rent a beach chair at a later date cannot be accommodated.
The beach chair is located on the section of the beach in front of Villa Gudrun.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa—extra bed for 5th/6th person:

The comfortable and stylish apartment 552, located on the mezzanine level, features a large living/dining room with a comfortable leather couch that can be converted into a bed for a 5th or 6th person for a fee (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m), a 55-inch smart TV, a radio with CD, USB, and Bluetooth, and a DVD/Blu-ray player. Wi-Fi is included. The dining area is positioned right next to the large windows so you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises in the morning and spectacular sunsets in the evening.
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and features many appliances, such as a microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. There’s also a furnished balcony with a stunning side view of the ocean!
From the loggia windows in the living room, you can enjoy a direct view of the ocean!



The two bedrooms each have a double bed, measuring 2 x 1.00 m x 2.00 m and 2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m. Outlets are located near the beds. Pleated blinds and blackout curtains are also available in both bedrooms.
Two shower rooms (one with a bidet) complete this beautiful oceanfront apartment.



Radio alarm clocks in the bathrooms and bedrooms.



A high chair and a travel cot (without linens or mattress) are available upon request and for a one-time fee of 18 euros each for the entire stay in the apartment.

If you prefer to sleep on the couch in the living area instead of using the double beds in the bedrooms, a linen surcharge of 6 euros will be charged.
