Peaceful getaway

I had a lovely relaxing time at “Alice”. The property was quiet and well cared for, everything was immaculate, clean and exactly as advertised. Loved how close it was to everything, and yet felt miles away and private. The owners were lovely and I can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved hosting Denby. Such an interesting person who was so caring and intelligent. We would love to host Denby, and her gorgeous dog at any time in the future. Anna and Max

Now THIS Is A Caravan!

Well-kept vintage caravan ingeniously integrated into a spacious covered lanai and attached bathroom/shower section. Outside grill/gas range stations offer easy outside but sheltered cooking/grilling. All this is on quiet bush land a minute from Crescent Head but removed enough all you hear at night is the lull of surf rumbling on the adjacent beach.

The pit toilet is not easy. The van was clean but had a fair number of cobwebs in windows. More could have been done to prepare for our stay eg soap. The van is 40m off the road. It is located in a beautiful area near pristine beaches.

title

Did not like the toilet...it is a drop toilet and could get wiffs of a smell from it when sitting on the deck. very hot in the caravan, there were fans provided but a small air con would be better. The owners did not tell us that the key would be left in the door and we drove up to the big house on the property and that was also rented but they tried to help us and in the end we decided to just go check the van and keys were in the door...some advice would have been nice.
