My fully furnished villa is a private house and is rented with service. It is located on the edge of Hikkaduwa, about 5 minutes by tuk-tuk from the world-famous beach, with a fantastic view over the landscape and the Bird Lake. Here you spend an undisturbed and relaxing holiday.

The service includes:
2 meals per day: breakfast and lunch / dinner on request by experienced cook

You can rent the villa completely or partially. Also, it is left to the long-term rental. The price for this is on request.

For your information, taxi from the airport in Colombo to Hikkaduwa can be arranged. The costs for this amount to Euro 60,00 each way. A tuk-tuk from the villa to the beach or Center Hikkaduwa costs approx. Euro 1.50.
