House with 6 sleeping possibilities (2 double beds, 2 single and 2 sofa 's for each 2 sleeping possibilities) - sea view and in wine - growing. Large open kitchen; Outdoor pool and tennis courts 50m away. Bath room with shower. Infrared heating.
Lake at 10Km (sandy beaches) - Golf 18 holes in the village (25 eur greenfee after 17 00) - electr. Car 15 Eur.
Vienna is easy to reach (train) or 30min by car / Budapest 2 St. / Bratislava 40 min.
Factory outlet Parndorf at the north of the lake for shopping opportunities.

Mittelmäßig

Checkin ein Telefonat mit einer unbekannten Frau die uns sagte der Schlüssel ist am Haus hinterlegt und Sie käme später die Kurtaxe zu kasieren. Die Mülltonnen sind Übergegangen, auch der Biomüll wurde längere Zeit nicht entleert. Wir nahmen sicherheitshalber Sonnenliegen selber mit. Es hat sich bestätigt das dies eine gute Idee war. Das Haus in guter ruhiger Lage für uns als Basis für Radtouren sehr gut. Das Haus ist für eine Woche Urlaub gut ausgestattet. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche wurde uns gesagt funktioniert wieder. Dafür fällt die Sicherung beim Backofen. Die Dusche hat Schimmelbildung in den unteren Ecken. Gesamt ist das Haus gut und sauber, wir haben aber allerdings für diesen Preis besseres gehabt.

Sehr ruhige Lage am Ortsrand

Negativ: 1. Unter der Tel.Nr. war nur die Schwiegermutter des Vermieters zu erreichen, die sich auch zunächst nicht zu erkennen gab. 2. Spülenarmatur wurde erst am letzten Tag repariert. Dazu mussten wir dem Handwerker bereits um 7.00 Uhr öffnen. zwei vorherige Termine wurden nicht eingehalten; vergeblich gewartet. 3. Geschirr teilweise erheblich beschädigt. 4. Keine Einweisung in die Elektrogeräte Geschirrspüle/E-Herd/FS 5. Kein Kontakt zum Vermieter 6. Keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen Positiv: 1. Sehr ruhige Lage am Ortsrand 2. Schöner Blick zum entfernten Neusiedler See 3. Gute Ausstattung (aber nicht Komfort) 4. Nähe zum Schwimmbad und Tennisplätzen

Nettes Ferienhaus mit Blick zum See

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, hat eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Neusiedler See und verfügt über Alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Schwimmbad ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Siedlung. Von dort aus konnten wir wunderbare Touren in die Umgebung machen. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic

This was booked for two of our engineers whilst working away and the help and advice from Christophe was wonderful. He was able to inform us over what was around that would suit the engineers interests and where local amenities are. The house was perfect and very much enjoyed during there stay. Thank you again for all your kind help.
