Two spacious master bedrooms: one 28 m², the other 18 m², both featuring exposed beams, Queen-size beds, Smart TVs (with Netflix & Prime if you have a subscription), private bathrooms, and reversible air conditioning.
Children’s cabin bedroom: a cozy space for the little ones, with two bunk beds, two pull-out beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate toilet. Baby essentials available: travel cot with sheets, high chair, and child's chair.
Magnificent open living area (100 m²): soaring 7-meter ceilings, bathed in natural light. The lounge includes two sofa beds for additional guests.
Fully equipped kitchen: two refrigerators, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and all essentials to feel at home.

Private garden with independent entrance, shielded from the street by trees – complete privacy.
Seasonal pool to cool off and relax (open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.).

Local shops within walking distance: restaurants, cafés, a small grocery store – everything within reach.
Parking: There is no private parking on site, but street parking is usually available nearby. In addition, a free public car park with two EV charging stations is located just a short walk from the property.
Transport: only 25 minutes from Montpellier Airport or Montpellier Sud-de-France station, and 25 minutes to Sète. Public transport is available to both Montpellier and Sète.
