The 120 m² apartment is located on the top floor of a residential building with lift. Due to its central location and close proximity to the Lagos marina, the holiday home offers you an excellent base for a relaxing holiday. The old town of Lagos is within walking distance. The sandy beach of Meia Praia is 1000 metres away. In addition to the top location, the apartment is also equipped with WiFi, air conditioning (heating/cooling) in the living/dining room and in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, satellite TV (Astra), DVD player and private parking space in the communal garage. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. From both bedrooms you have access to the large south-west facing balcony with panoramic views to the harbour and the city of Lagos, as well as sea view.

Note: in the months of November to March (heating with air conditioning), electricity costs are not included in the rates and must be paid in cash on site according to consumption.

Check-in times are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The following fees apply for late check-in:

Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €40
Between 10 p.m. and midnight: €60
Between midnight and 2 a.m.: €100

Check-in is not possible after 2 a.m.
