Looking out to the sea, Alba Vilas is a beautiful, unusually spacious ( 9ft ceilings), 2 bed/2 bath apartment. A genuine 15min walk to the Marina and 20 mins to the boardwalk and lovely Blue Flag beach of Meia Praia and the town of Lagos. One of two large terraces lead directly to the pool, spa pool and landscaped garden. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom which has a bath and stylish basin. A twin room has an adjacent bathroom and shower and both bedrooms have patio doors to a terrace. The modern, fully fitted kitchen with patio doors opens onto a terrace with a built-in BBQ and cooking utensils. There is a cool box with picnic tableware for those days out. A spacious and light and airy lounge/dining room with views to Meia Praia Beach, leads out through patio doors to a south facing terrace, pool and garden. Electric shutters/videophone entry/Parking/Co2+Smoke alarm. Quality wi fi/internet connection and satellite smart tv including Irish, French and Portuguese channels.

A highchair and travel cot are available.

Alba Vilas is cleaned on arrival and departure. A linen change and clean for 14 day stays. Longer stay arrangements as organised with owner.

We have a local manager at Alba Vilas and all cleaning and safety is in line with Government guidelines.

Not just a rental but our home from home and yours too. There is an English speaking manager who lives locally for all those queries or recommendations.

Currently on the field adjacent to the condominium, there is a small team of 3/4 workers clearing the land. They do not work weekends and halt all works at lunchtime for an hour. As you will see from the latest reviews, the works have not been an issue for our guests.

'Just to say thank you again for the rental of your beautiful apartment at Alba Vilas. We really did have a healthy, chilled out Christmas. The children surfed everyday and I was swimming everyday. The weather was good and we came back with a tan on our faces. The apartment and gardens were really lovely and the directions spot on' (first of several stays).

From arriving at the apartment until leaving this morning, everything was perfect. Dinis was there to welcome us, show us around the apartment, and explain how everything worked. When a minor issue arose, Jan and Nick were quick to respond by email and resolved it immediately. The apartment was well looked after, and the excellent communication and friendly service made our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

We loved staying at this quiet, safe and beautiful apartment in sunny Lagos. It was perfect having a parking spot directly in front of the apartment and walking in on ground level was easy (no stairs for our big, heavy luggage- bonus). The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean and well equipped with AC, fans, extra bedding and soft pillows. The shower in the main bathroom had the perfect pressure and temperature. We loved being able to walk right out to the patio and have our breakfast with palm trees and bougenvelia flowers and the pool just steps away. The pool had a few families also lounging or swimming at the pool but it was very relaxed and quiet and everyone was friendly. We stayed for a week and would return for longer 10 days would be perfect :)

Lovely stay

Our stay at this place was very nice! The appartment was clean and had everything we needed. It's located at a quiet spot just out of the centre on Lagos. The beach is nearby and reachable by walking. The pool is nice and quiet! We would advice this place for everyone!

Absolutely loved this place.

Spacious, airy, beautiful apartment; everything we needed was here for our stay of one week and would be happy to stay much longer. Great communication in the run up to our trip and it was easy to gain access when we arrived late at night. Lots of information about the local area in the apartment and an easy walk into town and the beach. Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at this charming apartment. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable, with good Wi-Fi available. We especially valued the mid-stay cleaning provided after our first week. The stunning terrace offered incredible sea views, and having direct garden access to the pool was fantastic. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-kept. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were always quick to respond to emails. We look forward to returning!

Perfect apartment with lovely terrace

Everthing in the apartment was just right for us, especially the Sky Glass tv with full sports access. The terrace was the right place to enjoy breakfast looking down to the sea and enjoying the birds visiting us. With easy walking access to the beach boardwalk (20 mins) and the marina for cafes and restaurants (15 mins) it was perfectly positioned in our opinion. We will be back.

Perfect getaway in Lagos

We just returned from a 3 week stay and couldn’t be more pleased. The flat was exactly as described, the views were amazing and the property was very quiet and well-maintained. Considering it was March, the weather was perfect for walking around town or to the beach (which is less than a 10 min walk) which we enjoyed every day of our time in Lagos. Did I mention that it was sunny and warm the entire 21 days we were there? Thanks so much for a wonderful time. Susan & Don

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich groß und bietet deutlich mehr Platz als man üblicherweise erwartet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Lage im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse und zum gepflegten Garten. Der schöne Poolbereich wurde von uns regelmäßig genutzt und war ein echtes Highlight.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts: Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, außerdem stehen Liegen, Sonnenschirme, ein Grill sowie Bücher und Spiele zur Verfügung. Auch die Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür sind sehr praktisch.Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, dennoch sind die Marina, Restaurants und die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt neben der Anlage wird derzeit gebaut. Die Arbeiten waren jedoch keineswegs übermäßig laut und haben unseren Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt.Mit unserem Mietwagen war Lagos der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den wunderschönen Stränden und Städten der Algarve sowie zur Westküste.Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Verwalter: Er war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die gesamte Abwicklung von der Buchung über den Check-in bis zum Check-out verlief völlig unkompliziert, und die Kommunikation war durchgehend reibungslos.Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Heerlijk relaxt verblijf

Heerlijk, ontzettend ruime woning, veel ruimer dan de foto’s weergeven. Alles prima in orde, of werd in orde gemaakt (airco was stuk toen wij kwamen, heel snel vervangen en in tussentijd ventilators gebracht). De beheerder, Dinis, is goed bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam. Ookde communicatie met de eigenaren verloep plezierig. Het huis ligt in een rustig gedeelte van Lagos, stranden en centrum dichtbij.

Portugal von seiner schönsten Seite

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche habe ich alles gefunden, was man überhaupt brauchen kann. Die Wohnungen haben eine sehr gute Schallisolierung, man hört die Nachbarn kaum. Die Lage der Anlage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar aus der Kernstadt und auch der Strand war zu Fuß erreichbar. Lagos ist wunderschön und hat viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind vor allem an die Strände der westlichen Algarve gefahren. Wir lieben es jeden Tag einen neuen Strand zu besuchen und dort sind alle Strände einer schöner, als der andere und sehr sauber. Es war unser erster aber bestimmt nicht letzter Besuch von Lagos und der Algarve.
