Welcome to Sacramento/Rancho Cordova. This is the perfect place for you, your family, business travelers, and any group looking for some more space and full kitchen. Clean, safe, and fully furnished housing waiting for you. The house is in a quiet place close to freeway 50 (2 minutes), major hospitals, medical centers, downtown Sacramento, the American River, Shopping and Restaurants.
The house is fully furnished with quality furniture, and luxurious bed/bath essentials. Every bedroom is private and for one/two people. Bedrooms are fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, dressers, light stands and lamps. Welcome to use the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and the kitchen with stone and electric items such as electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, wine glasses, salt, and pepper for you to prepare your finest dishes. If you like baking, there are enough kitchen stuff to do it. In addition, there are comfortable sofas with 65-inch TV in the living room.

- no unauthorized guests (fee $500), I have multiple security cameras on the property showing the number of people going in and out of the property.
- $300 penalty will be applied for a late check out to compensate for my cleaners time
- $200 trash fee will be applied to one night stay that accumulate more than 5 trash bags of garage.
- garbage is pick up on Tuesday morning, if you are residing during this time, please pull them out

Stay for the weekend

We booked this place for an event in discovery park over the weekend. It’s about 17 mins from the event place. Very cute n clean place. We didn’t use the backyard at all. Street of house is very small, wouldn’t suggest you or your parties to bring more than 2 car. We were able to park one car in garage n one car on the driveway. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our short stay for the weekend overall.
