A lot of space offers you this vacation home over 2 floors, which is located in the vacation park OstseeResort Olpenitz. It is only a short walk from the beautiful beach of the Baltic Sea and the yacht and sailing harbor of Olpenitz is right outside the gates of the vacation park.



On the upper floor of the vacation home are the two spacious bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms the two single beds can be converted into double beds, so that up to four vacation guests could find their place in a family atmosphere.



In the bathroom on the first floor is the private infrared heat cabin of the vacation home. Of course, a large terrace with south-west orientation should not be missing to enjoy the sun until late in the evening. Even in the cool season, the vacation park in Olpenitz is always worth a trip: relax in your private sauna after a long walk on the beach, or make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace! And if it's uncomfortable outside, enjoy a nice movie with excellent cinema sound or listen to your favorite music via dias Bluetooth sound system.



Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the patio furniture is only available in the summer months; in the winter months you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.



Here you will find offers for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend or a break in the quieter off-season. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee

Die Reinigung könnte definitiv besser sein, überall an den Decken waren Spinnenweben und Flecken auf den Stühlen und der Couch. Von außen überall große Spinnen und die Möven haben uns alles essbare vom Tisch geklaut. :D Es wurde angeboten, jemanden für die Reinigung vorbei zu schicken, was wir dann aber abgelehnt haben. Nachdem wir alles selbst gereinigt haben, war es ein schöner Urlaub, sehr nah am Strand und sehr viel Platz in dem Haus. Das Haus ist aus Holz, man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Wort, dennoch hat es uns wirklich gut gefallen. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Matratzen nicht durchgelegen oder sonstiges. Für den Preis voll in Ordnung. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und Edeka und der Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Für 1 Woche in Ordnung

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Ressort Olpenitz. Das Haus ist Ok, aber es muss jemand klar sein, dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Für uns als kleine Familie (3 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) war die Größe des Hauses ausreichend. Beachten beim buchen sollte man die Lage des Hauses. Wir hatten eine Terrasse gegen Süd/Westen und somit abends noch lange Sonne und waren gut geschützt gegen den Ostwind. Von der Ausstattung waren wir enttäuscht. Z.B hat der angegebene Grill gefehlt und der Strandkorb ist in die Jahre gekommen. Einen Sonnenschirm zum kippen wäre von Vorteil, ebenso wären Polster für die Gartenstühle nett gewesen. Die Küchenausstattung könnte vielseitiger sein. z.b. gibt es keine kleinen Topf. Man merkt schon dass nicht alle Besucher gleich mit dem Inventar umgehen, sonst wäre der Strandkorb sicherlich nicht so dreckig. Zur Sauberkeit: Bäder, Toilette und Schlafzimmer waren sauber. Die Böden sollten mal ordentlich raus gewischt werden. Barfuß laufen bedeutete dunkle Füße und die Fenster sind vermutlich dieses Jahr auch noch nicht geputzt worden. Persönlich finden wir, das der Betrag der Endreinigung für den Zustand nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Zum Ressort selbst, es gibt leider nur einen Spielplatz am Anfang. Das fanden wir schade, da es viel Platz gibt. Da könnte man schon was für die kleinen Besucher verbessern. Es gibt einen EDEKA und 1 Pizzeria. Der Sandstrand ist vom Haus keine 10 Minuten entfernt. In Summe war es für uns für 1 Woche in Ordnung
