The house nienrausch at Bird Park is a bungalow with two apartments, garden and a large front yard for residential street. The beautiful nature reserve Aalbeek lowlands with its natural landscape of reeds and the lake Hemmelsdorfer adjoin thereto. To the beach and Niendorf fishing port is about 500 m. Approximately 10-minute walk from the house nienrausch is also the next dog beach.

The bright, modern and family- and pet-friendly halter holiday home has a large front garden and spacious gardens with 2 large terraces. The newly renovated open living spaces spread through the tasteful interiors with built-in furniture designed relaxing feel-good atmosphere.
It is possible, both areas (apartments) merge through a double sliding element to a closed housing unit and as a holiday home for families and / or groups of friends to create.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für Familie oder zwei Paare

Sehr schön aufgeteiltes, wirklich komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, ideal für vier Personen. Es fehlt bei der Einrichtung an gar nichts, bis hin zum Wok. Die zwei Appartments können durch Schiebetüren abgetrennt werden und bieten genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Schönes Grundstück neben einem Naturschutzgebiet ohne Einsicht durch Nachbarn. 5 Min. bis zum Hafen und Hundestrand. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Nienrausch

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, direkt an einem Naturschutzgebiet. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Für uns war die Aufteilung des Bungalows optimal! Wir sind als Paar mit Mutter und Hund gereist. Wenn man möchte, können die beiden Wohneinheiten durch eine Schiebetür getrennt werden. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, sodass sich der Hund auch unbeaufsichtigt dort aufhalten kann. Der Strand und viele Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso der niedliche Hafen von Niendorf. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat bestens geklappt. Äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Bis zum Hafen/Strand sind es wenige hundert Meter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Sehr schöne Zeit an der Ostsee

Wir sind mit der Familie und unserem Hund für knapp 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus Nienrausch gewesen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und außergewöhnlich hochwertig Ausgestattet. Für Familien ein Traum da alles was benötigt wird vor Ort gewesen ist und das moderne Ambiente uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus lässt sich bequem in 2. kleineren eigenen Bereiche abtrennen durch Schiebetüren und das fanden unsere Kinder sehr gut. Nicht so schön waren wenige Punkte. Dadurch das das Ferienhaus direkt am Naturschutzgebiet lag war der Mückenschutz unumgänglich. Es wird der Vermieter sicher darüber nachdenken die Fensterbereiche mit Gagen auszustatten, damit man bei schönem Wetter im Sommer auch die Fenster auflassen kann ohne danach schlaflose Nächte durch das Summen der Mücken zu erleben.. Des Weiteren ist bei aller Optik und Design eine Verdunkelung der bodentiefen Fenster sinnvoll. Aber das sind nur kleine Anmerkungen die sicher den Aufenthalt für uns noch schöner gemacht hätten. Trotzdem erhält das Ferienhaus von uns volle 5 Punkte und da können sich so manche Anbieter ein Besispiel dran nehmen.

Das Fazit vorab: Alles Besstens!!! Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber, alles wie beschrieben und die Lage auch sehr ruhig in mitten in der Natur (sogar ein Reh stand am Zaun und hat in den Garten geschaut). Auch die Übergabe der Schlüssel war absolut unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus und die Vermieterin alsi uneingeschränkz empfehlen.

Tolle, großzügige Appartements

Alles war super. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern, schick und wirklich zweckmäßig aufgeteilt. Man merkt, dass ein Innenarchitekt am Werk war. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Für Gäste mit Hunden absolut geeignet. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter und links neben dem Hafen in Niendorf gibt es auch gleich einen Hundestrand, was sehr praktisch ist. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und nur zu empfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Zwei wunderschöne Appartments, in der sich jeder gleich wohlfühlt und die bis auf das kleinste Detail ausgestattet sind. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und Niendorf hat einen kleinen schnuckeligen Hafen mit Top Restaurants. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir dürfen :-)

Ideal für Hundebesitzer

Ideal für Urlaub mit Freunden und Hund über Silvester. Durch eine Schiebetür können die Wohnungen getrennt werden, so dass jedes Paar seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit hat. Wir haben die Wohnungen sauber vorgefunden und uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Staubsauger sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Uns wurde bei Abreise glaubhaft versichert, dass sich um die aufgefallenen Mängel gekümmert wird. Die Lage ist für Hundebesitzer ideal, da das Haus abseits vom Trubel liegt und einen eingezäunten Garten besitzt. Doch sollte man wissen, dass der Zufahrtsweg nicht geteert ist und einige Schlaglöcher aufweisen. Bei Regenwetter sind die Wege sehr matschig und es bilden sich große Pfützen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus auch in der kalten Jahreszeit.

Auch in der kalten Jahreszeit ist ein Urlaub an der Ostsee zu empfehlen.In dieser Jahreszeit ist das Wetter Ideal zum Wandern am Ostseestrand.Das Klima ist rau und der Wind pfeift einem um die Ohren.Der Leere Strand hat besonders unserem Hund gefallen. Als wir ankamen war alles bestens vorbereitet.Das Haus ist in einem TOP-Zustand. Auch hier nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an die Besitzer des Hauses.die wir zu jeder Tageszeit kontaktieren durften.

absolut empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig, individuell und komplett eingerichtet. Auch bei schlechten Wetter fühlt man sich wohl, Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Kleine Probleme wurden sehr schnell und nett beseitigt. Der Ort Niendorf ist keine Bettenburg, wir haben uns jederzeit wohl gefühlt.
