Great little place that houses a family of 5 comfortably in June of 2026. We stayed here as a halfway between us and the Gatlinburg and to see the ark encounter. The house is nicely decorated and it was enough for us. We'd stay again if ever in this area.

We enjoyed the set up of the house and location. The floors were tacky and turned our socks black. There were ants in the kitchen but there were traps out. Beds were comfy. Good location, good price, just needs a bit of cleaning.

We had such a great stay at this cozy property! The décor is beautiful, the space was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. My friends and I had a little girls weekend getaway and chose this home because it fit our needs. We all loved the home! It was nice and cozy. The only issue we encountered was the ceiling fan in the room with the twin/king pull out bed did not work, and because of that, the room was stuffy. We ended up going and purchasing a fan for our stay. The hosts graciously attempted to fix the problem, but unfortunately were not able to fix the ceiling fan easily. Regardless of that, they tried and that meant a lot to us. Our only complaints would be that it was a little out of the way from Lexington, which is where we spent most of our time, but I can’t complain much since I knew the home was in Georgetown. The twin/king size bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the other complaint was that multiple times when outside, we noticed a strong scent of marijuana coming from somewhere in the neighborhood. That’s not necessarily a problem for some guests, but mostly a personal preference on our parts. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

This was hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in the Georgetown/Lexington area. The house was immaculate, and extremely well stocked. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with good sidewalks, and a very short drive from several nice walking trails. The host was super responsive to questions before our stay, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Every appliance we used was in great working order. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve stayed in, with all the things we needed to cook and eat during our stay. I highly recommend this property, an would 100% stay there again.
