My family and I had an incredible stay at Carlos's place. The home was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect, the hot tub and awesome patio were definite highlights. The kid play area was also a lifesaver, keeping our little one entertained. We also truly appreciate Carlos for being flexible with us—it made a huge difference. We so enjoyed this property! Carlos was so communicative and accommodating. The house was exactly what we needed for our stay. The property was clean, well stocked, adorable, comfortable, and in a great location. As an added bonus, my kids enjoyed the play structure in the back yard.we would absolutely stay here again!

Great holiday get-away

I had my parents come for New Years. We all had a wonderful time! House is just lovely. VERY comfortable beds. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Nice little fenced yard for dogs!The best part is how easy they make check in/out. Would definitely rent again!

Trip to the Ark

HIGHLY recommend this property. Has everything your family would need. So clean and NO pet smell. Great size backyard for kids and pets. The hot tub was a great added addition and was clean.

Bourbon fun

We had a lovely visit to this property. It was clean and had all of the necessities. The property manager was very quick to respond. Beds were comfy and clean. It is in a nice location for visiting the bourbon trail. There is a super yummy restaurant nearby and a cute little shopping area. It is on a dead-end road so it doesn’t have a lot of traffic. I highly recommend staying here.

Birthday getaway success!!!

This place was more then I expected! The host, Carlos was awesome. Any time I had a question he was right there with a response. Talk about amenities, I ran out 1 time in 4 days. Door dash worked great to get food when we werent cooking what we brought. My intention was to let my husband relax in a hot tub for birthday and eat good food undisturbed and thats exactly what we got. We brought our 2 dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful property!

Wonderful, cozy, almost cabin-feeling property! It is located on a quiet dead end and has a beautiful spacious yard. It was a large enough yard that our little corgi had plenty of space to roam, although larger dogs may not be as happy in it. We are chronic over-packers, and it was very unnecessary in this case! Any small thing you would think you'd need has already been provided: hair ties, Q-tips, cotton balls, paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, laundry soap, etc! You're near enough to downtown Georgetown that you could walk to all the little shops and restaurants if you really wanted to, but it's also a very quick drive. We were in town to explore Lexington and do the Brewgrass trail, so we didn't explore too much in the immediate area, but it was nice to have a quiet cozy place to come back to and relax in. The hot tub was great! I have three notes (they're NOT negatives, just more an FYI): 1: The beds are memory foam, so they are FIRM. Personally we enjoyed them very much, but not everyone might. 2: The step up into the tub is fairly high and there is no bar or handle to grab for stabilization, so someone less physically capable may have trouble. 3: LOTS of bird poop on the patio, so just be cautious where you step. We can't say enough good things about this property! Check in/out was a breeze, lots of area info provided, user manuals for everything in the house if you needed them, tons of amenities! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend!
