Our house was completed in 1987 and is located in 1A location in the health resort in the Herbert-Hellmann-Allee 19-21b in Bad Krozingen. The apartment house is surrounded by a beautiful green area. Find all the conditions that make it an enjoyable experience during your stay.

The thermal bath and Vita Classica sauna center, the feel-good house, the spa, the tourist information, the health resort and spa management and some clinics are just steps away.

Shops are located 5 minutes by car or 10 minute walk in.

Our comfortably furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-room suites are the ideal starting point for your activities in the near and distant surroundings Baden.

Our 1 bedroom apartments / apartments have a floor space 37-45 sqm with kitchen and dining area. The 2-room -Appartements / apartments with a living area 56-82 square meters also feature a washing machine and some also include a dishwashing freshener.

Our house has elevators on each floor, a bicycle storage facility, wheelchair ramps, a Tiefgaragenbox for 4 cars, disabled parking right outside the house and a large garden.

The apartments have a balcony or terrace, Internet / wifi, kitchen, bathroom / WC, LCD / LED cable TV, radio / CD, kitchen with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave, and everything for daily household needs. Sheets and towels are included and are changed 1 x free for stays of 14 days. We also present the initial supply of hand soap, toilet paper and garbage bags.

Nette Unterkunft, prima Anbindung an ÖPNV. Kommunikation mit Vermieter unkompliziert.

Ich war mit meiner Patentochter im Sommer gut zwei Wochen da. Nette Unterkunft, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, direkt im Kurgebiet. Einfach eingerichtet, aber alles da, was man braucht. Der kleine Balkon lädt ein, draußen zu frühstücken oder Abends noch beim Wein draußen zu sitzen. Meist begleitet einen zumindest morgens der Ruf des seltenen Pirols, der dort offensichtlich heimisch ist. In der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes war es durch die Baustellenfahrzeuge auf einer Großbaustelle tagsüber sehr laut. Abends gab es Pandemie bedingt mehrmals Open Air Konzerte, eher etwas für die dritte Generation. Ideal und günstig trotzdem für Leute, die viel unterwegs sind. Die Konuskarte gilt für den gesamten ÖPNV auf allen Linien bis nach Basel und in den Schwarzwald. Manche Eintritte gibt es damit ermäßigt, z. B. für das Schwimmbad und die Therme. Ziele gibt es in Hülle und Fülle. Ansprüche ans WLAN sollte man nicht haben. Die Instabilität scheint ein Problem generell im Ort zu sein. Da auf den Balkonen geraucht werden darf, sollte man da nicht empfindlich sein. Die Waschmaschine vor Ort ist eine große Erleichterung und haben wir gern genutzt! Völlig unkompliziert ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Kommt man mit etwas nicht klar, oder fehlt was, wird schnell und sehr freundlich Abhilfe geschaffen. Ein-und Auschecken ist mit dem Keyboy sehr einfach. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Ort für entspannten Urlaub.

Das Appt. ist hervorragend mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es liegt günstig mit kurzen Wegen zur Therme wie auch in den Kurpark und die Innenstadt. Gerne wieder.
