Beautiful, modern 2-bedroom attic apartment in a passive house in the eco-district of Vauban

The apartment is on the 4th Upper floor of a passive house completed in December 2010 in the Vauban district.
The apartment is intended for two people.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. The kitchenette in the open living-dining area is fully equipped. The large south-facing balcony with a view of the Schönberg is well shaded in summer and offers plenty of space to relax. There are two roof terraces that can be used by all house residents with a very nice panoramic view of the city and the whole area. In the apartment there is a DSL connection, TV and radio with docking stations for your i-pod or similar. The apartment is accessible by elevator, organized barrier-free, the bathroom has a floor-level shower. The washing machine in the basement can be used, ironing facilities are available. There are two simple bicycles for a short trip to the neighborhood, if you want to make more ambitious trips, you can rent bikes in the district.

A relaxing holiday environment

We loved our stay at BlauPause. A quiet part of town with impeccable eco-credentials, superb transport links and a friendly atmosphere. The flat is well-fitted, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with Gabi was excellent and she gave us a warm & thorough welcome. We would stay here again!

Unser Aufenthalt in Vauban war wunderbar. Fürmeine (erwachsene) Tochter und mich eignete sich die Wohnung perfekt - man konnte in verschiedenen Zimmern schlafen, hatte genügend Raum zum Kochen, Sitzen, Spielen, Lesen, und bei schönerem Wetter hätten wir den geräumigen Balkon genossen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet sowohl zur Stadt hin als auch zu Schauinsland u.a. Zielen günstig gelegen. Einziger „Knackpunkt“: die Züge auf der nahegelegenen Bahnstrecke… uns haben sie nicht gestört, aber man hört sie häufig und deutlich.

Moderne 2-Zi-Attika-Wohnung

Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten und hell mit einem großen Balkon, auf dem man toll frühstücken oder Abends ein Gläschen genießen kann. In der Küche war auch alles an Utensilien vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Bad hat eine große ebenerdige Dusche und das Schlafzimmer großzügige Staumöglichkeiten im Schrank und ein Doppelbett mit harter Matratze. Einzig die Wohneckenausstattung hat uns nicht so zugesagt. Ein Sessel und ein kleines Sofa war etwas unbequem und der alte 23 Zoll Fernseher geht in einer modernen Wohnung gar nicht. Viel zu klein und streamen von etwaigen Sendern ging auch nicht. Die Lage im Wohnviertel war schön und ruhig und mit den Öfis kommt man schnell in die Stadt.

Sehr geschmackvolle, helle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Übergabe klappte dank der guten Vorinformationen ohne Probleme, ebenso die Nutzung von Tiefgarage und Fahrrad (das Herrenrad leider für 2 Frauen nicht brauchbar). Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig, nach Süden hin. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 3 ist man ruckzuck in der Stadtmitte oder am Bahnhof. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit unterm Bett im (jede Menge Wollmäuse) und die schmutzige Rückwand an der Küchenzeile. Alles in allem eine schöne Woche im interessanten Vauban - Viertel.

Dem Himmel so nah

Die Vermieterin war schon bei der Buchung entgegenkommend unkompliziert. Und bei der Übergabe mit der Verwalterin ging's genauso freundlich weiter :-) Wir waren gespannt auf das erste Mal in einem Passivhaus und in ökologischer Hinsicht neugierig auf das Quartier Vauban. In diesem abwechslungsreichen Stadtteil hatten wir freundliche bis hilfsbereite Begegnungen und mit dem Restaurant "Süden" eine gemütliche Einkehrmöglichkeit mit leckerer Speisekarte sozusagen direkt um die Ecke. Die FeWo blauPause wiederum ist bis in die Einzelheiten mit allem ausgestattet, was wir zum Wohnen fern von Zuhause brauchen. Und sie ist neben der Funktionalität so besonders geschmackvoll gestaltet, dass wir uns pudelwohl fühlten! Innerhalb unserer 10 Tage in der blauPause haben wir immer wieder kleine Besonderheiten zum dankbaren Staunen "entdeckt" (z.B. dass die Duschtür nach innen aufgeht und das Bad auf diese Weise trocken bleibt).

Tolle Wohnung - Bestens

Eine wirklich schöne und angenehme Wohnung !

Sehr günstige und ruhige Lage. Mobilität ist durch zwei Leihfahrräder und direkten Anschluss an den ÖPNV gewährleistet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche hochwertig ausgestattet.
