This is my second time staying in Bonnie's cabin. I feel quite at home here with all the basic amenities at hand and a very comfortable bed. The quiet neighborhood and beautiful pines right over the back deck are my favorite qualities. Hope to stay here again.

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves! The serenity here is definitely a huge plus! Thanks for staying with us again, Paul! We look forward to hosting you again!!
Great place for family stay in the mountain area. Booking was easy and direct. Cabin was in small city outside of big bear (within 15 minutes of town) and in a cute quiet neighborhood. Everything inside the cabin was clean and cozy. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Thank you so much, Amanda! We are so happy you had a great time. We appreciate the way you took care of our place and we'd love to host you again soon. Safe travels to your next destination.
Very spacious cabin, plenty of room for our family of 6. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc so we could easily make meals during our stay. Excellent quality towels and linens. We loved being able to use the fireplace and Bonnie is an attentive host!
I've become quite fond of Sugarloaf as a vacation destination. Of the several places I've stayed, this cabin felt the most "homey" and familiar. It had everything I needed right at hand, and it was extra-quiet the whole stay as the cabin backs up against the large, forested back lots of the upscale homes of Meadowbrook Estates, instead of just another neighbor's yard. I will come here again, I'm sure.

Thank you, Paul, for such a glowing review. We are truly happy you had a great time and got to enjoy the quiet that our home offers. We look forward to hosting you again.
On the positive side, check-in was very easy and straightforward, which we really appreciated after a long drive. The cabin itself was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The basic amenities were provided, so we were able to settle in comfortably from a practical standpoint. That said, the cabin felt a bit outdated. The décor, appliances, and overall vibe could use some refreshing. None of the furniture was particularly comfortable, which made it harder to fully relax especially in the evenings. While everything functioned, it didn’t feel especially cozy or inviting.Overall, the cabin worked for what we needed and the easy check-in plus spacious layout were definite positives. With some updates and more comfortable furnishings, it could easily be a much stronger stay.

We are 3 sisters who share much more in common than just parents. We love great wine, tasty food, adventures in the mountains, and laughing while playing board games! We bought the cabin in 2005 and our children have practically grown up here. We have enjoyed having this slice of heaven and hope you'll find it as relaxing and quiet as we do. Enjoy!
