Spend lazy days in a very special ambience. Our apartments are part of a 200 year old half-timbered house, which was probably built in 1813 as a French customs house of Napoleon's retinue.

With meticulous attention to detail, we have fully refurbished the property from 2011 to 2015. As our guest, you can modeled in the apartments the charm of the old, exposed truss and, the original experience Lehmputzwänden combined with modern amenities including wireless and dishwasher. Both accommodations are equipped with a kitchen incl. Refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The Haus1813 located in Erfurt's Ilversgehoven and is very easy to reach by car, by bicycle or by public transport. Free parking is plentiful. To stop Ilversgehovener's Square in 2 minutes and are with the tram lines 1 or 5 within 6 minutes in Erfurt's historic.

Schöne Wohnung geräumige Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Erfurt, dank der komfortablen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und das Appartment ist nahe genug am Zentrum von Erfurt gelegen. Wir werden die Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder nutzen.

Ruhige Lage mit schneller Anbindung ans Zentrum

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Wir konnten ohne Probleme die Fenster zur Nacht auflassen. Vom Straßenverkehr bekommt man wenig mit, das die Wohnung in einer mäßig befahrenen Seitenstraße liegt. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist knapp 5 Gehminuten entfernt und man ist nach 5 Stationen am Rande der Altstadt, bzw. nach 7 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof. Absolut empfehlenswert! Hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin.

Ruhig und dennoch verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet, die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. In wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in Erfurt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und auch gerne weiter empfehlen.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung

Wir fand hier eine verkehrsruhige, schön renovierte Ferienwohnung mit netten Vermieterkontakt vor. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Wenn es uns noch einmal nach Erfurt ziehen sollte, dann würde ich hier wieder buchen :-)
