About this property

The Spacious, Vintage House on the Ranch

Located in Enoch which is adjacent to Cedar City on its north end. It is very central to so many wonderful sites like Zion National Park, Brian Head Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon and don't forget the Shakespeare Festival the end of the summer and so much more. The Old Ranch house is a refurbished 100 yr old brick house with a long pioneer history. Very cozy yet spacious with formal dining room and everybody loves it. It is very private and in a rural community. Our horse herd is nearby with a few cows that can be seen from some windows and front porch- but they are quiet.

We're a retired couple with family in the area.

Why they chose this property

We have owned this 80 acre ranch and house since 1993. We raise hay and horses on the ranch. We chose it because of its old pioneer history and because it has great water rights.

What makes this property unique

There are many activities, but it is rural right by the horse ranch. There is a children's park two houses away and has a ballpark and jungle gyms and pavilion for picnics. Also the house is located 15 minutes to the Canyon and beautiful hiking areas. Brianhead ski resort is only 25 minutes away. In the late summer months the Shakespearean Festival is a wonderful event with plays and outside venues. There is a Farmers market and many parks.
The fact that it is a college town- Southern Utah University-SUU, makes it an active and bustling town with lots of wonderful shops, restaurants and shopping. Its a very quiet area, but kids and adults alike ride around on 4 wheelers and motorcycles quite a lot.
