Schon beim Betreten des Grundstücks durch ein wunderschönes schmiedeeisernes Tor beeindruckten uns die Pflanzenvielfalt um das Gebäude herum: Oliven-, Feigen-, Zitronen-, Mandarinen-, Grapefruitbäume und dazu der Blick auf das Meer hinunter....wir fühlten uns sofort wohl, auch weil die Gastgeberin sehr herzlich war und unseren Aufenthalt mit ihren Tipps verschönerte. Das liebevoll eingerichtete 1-Zimmer-Appartment wurde durch die ganztägig nutzbare Terrasse, wo uns der Kater Xerxes täglich besuchte, erweitert. Die Außendusche war so gut platziert und angenehm (Diskretion durch tw. umgebende Natursteinmauer, Blick auf das Meer Olivenhain), dass wir die Innendusche nie benutzt haben. Wunderbare Umgebung: verschiedene Strände zu Fuß erreichbar (7-15 Minuten), ebenso der kleine, beschauliche Ort Kastri mit ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tavernen und toller Bäckerei. sowie einem Hafen, der von Fischern genutzt wird. Spannende Ausflüge per Auto mit angemessenem Zeitaufwand möglich: Knossos archäologisches Museum in Heraklion, Gortyn, etc. und viele wunderbare Strände mit superklarem Wasser. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche dort.Anja Reinhard

Wir hatten das kleine Apartment Nr.3. Es war alles vorhanden was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig ist. Perfekt ein eigener Balkon sowie eine zusätzliche Terrasse und der absolute Hit eine Dusche draußen

Selbst auf die Gefahr hin, dass Charlottes Appartments zukünftig immer ausgebucht sind, und ich selbst lange auf eine Buchung warten muss, ich kann PAM-Appartements mit bestem Gewissen wärmstens weiter empfehlen!Unser Appartment war mit allem Nötigen, von der Zitronen/Orangenpresse bis zum Föhn top ausgestattet, top sauber und gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet.Charlottes Haus liegt etwas oberhalb am Berg mit einem fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Es ist dort so still, dass man am Abend, wenn man auf der zauberhaften Terrasse sitzt (oder liegt), sogar das Meer rauschen hört.Überhaupt ist das ganze Haus so liebe- und geschmackvoll hergerichtet, es tat so gut dort zu sein.Charlotte ist absolut freundlich, aufgeschlossen aber nicht aufdringlich, das finde ich immer wichtig. Wenn wir Fragen hatten war sie mit Erfahrung, Ortskenntnis und Güte immer ansprechbar und präsent.Ich hoffe sehr, dass ich bald wieder einen Aufenthalt bei PAN-Appartments buchen kann.

Die Wohnung zweckgemäß eingerichtet, der Balkon mit schönem Panorama (Meer und seitlich Felsformationen).Kurzer Weg (6 Minuten) zum Meer, das zu unserer Reisezeit (Oktober) noch so warm war, dass wir täglich baden konnten.

Le studio est petit, mais bien équipé et confortable. Il était calme, et le patio devant le studio est l’endroit idéal pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou un verre en soirée, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer de Libye. La mer, ainsi que les restaurants en bord de mer, sont facilement accessibles à pied, en traversant une oliveraie, et le stationnement est simple de l’autre côté du bâtiment. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et remercions Charlotte pour son accueil. Le seul inconvénient que nous avons rencontré est que, sur le site Abritel, l’emplacement indiqué par Google Maps n’est pas correct. Cela prête à confusion et devrait être corrigé. Pour le reste, tout était parfait. Merci Charlotte !

Ruhe und Meerblick von höchster Güte!

Es ist ein herrlicher, ruhiger Ort, wo man seine Alltagssorgen schon beim Betreten des Grundstücks vergessen kann. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr versüßt und es uns schwer gemacht, dort wieder wegzufahren. Wir vermissen den Meerblick! man braucht hier keinen Fernseher, man hat MARE- TV direkt vor der Tür :-) Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub, der uns sicherlich lange in Erinnerung bleibt und wir hoffentlich nochmal wieder kommen. Danke Charlotte, du bist eine Super Gastgeberin...

Einfach nur gut!Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn, die Ruhe, die Gastgeberin ist so herzlich! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wenn wir etwas wissen wollten, Charlotte hat uns immer weiter geholfen, einfach nur Perfekt!Zur Lage: Im Süden von Kreta ist nicht viel los. Ein Leihauto ist Pflicht, auch zum Strand ist man entweder sehr gut zu Fuß, oder hat eben das Auto.Die Tavernen und die Strände am Meer sind toll und das Essen ist Preiswert und Mega lecker.Zusammengefasst: Wer Ruhe will und keinen Trubel, Flexibel und Unternehmungslustig ist, ist hier richtig!Danke Charlotte!

Tres bon séjour

Le studio etait très bien situé d'une propreté impeccable. Charlotte est une hote tres sympathique. Avec une vue sur la mer sublime le village de Kastrie est d'une quitude abosolue .Je recommande . tres bonnes tavernes je recommande .

Badeurlaub

Wir hatten einen herrlichen, entspannten Badeurlaub und haben es sehr genossen. Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, damit auch die eine oder andere Exkursion gestartet werden kann. Die Vermieterin, Charlotte ist sehr nett, alles ist ungezwungen und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Traumhafte Lage

Unser Appartement war zwar klein, aber mit allem bestückt was man braucht. Die Terassenanlage ist ein Traum.Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten.Die Vermieterin hat bei kleineren und größeren Problemen gerne weitergeholfen.Wir würden uns freuen bald wieder zurückzukommen.

Toller Urlaub am Meer

Wunderschönes Grundstück mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Charlotte ist eine herzliche und großzügige Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und wunderbar erholt. Vielen Dank dafür!

The Perfect Sea View Studio

The studio was all that I needed during my stay on the South Island of Crete. Spacious, clean, and perfectly appointed. It was completely quiet and tranquil which was great for me working remotely. The property is charming and full of life. Great sunset afterglow viewing from my balcony, as well. The host was super nice and gracious and I would totally stay here again.

Alles wie gewollt und ein bisschen mehr

Ich schliesse mich den guten Bewertungen an. Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft. Der Bungalow ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. An Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Charlotte hat uns vorab einen Mietwagen reserviert und beantwortete alle unserer Fragen, somit stand einer erholsamen Urlaubswoche fernab vom Massentourismus nichts im Weg. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt in der Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet und befand sich in toller Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und der Möglichkeit den Strand zu Fuß über einen Feldweg in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Charlotte war sehr nett. Der Garten des Anwesens war sehr schön und wir durften von den Obstbäumen Orangen und Mispeln ernten. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Einfach traumhaft schön

Ein super schönes Appartment in dem alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett empfangen, wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl in dem kleinen familieären Appartment und Studio Gebäude. Alles ist qualitativ gut durchdacht und gebaut, der wunderschöne kleine Hof lädt zum Aufenthalt ein. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Wer einen ruhigen schönen Geheimtip sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
